The Open-borders Lobby has sued Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and other officials on behalf of the 50 illegal aliens he shipped to Martha’s Vineyard, the seaside playground on the coast of Massachusetts for rich leftists and former President Barack Hussein Obama.

Filed by Alianza Americas and the Venezuelan illegals, the lawsuit alleges that DeSantis and other evil officials in Florida lured them with bribes of free food and other goodies, but then packed them off to one of the wealthiest locales in America.

Among the laughable claims are that DeSantis and his underlings violated the Fourth and 14th Amendment rights of the illegals.

The lawsuit is yet another example of the lawfare being waged to keep the borders open until the country changes demographically.

The Charges

The trouble began for the illegals when they left home at the invitation of President Joe Biden, who’s made clear he will not enforce U.S. immigration law and wants to import immigrants to become Democrat voters.

DeSantis shipped them to Martha’s Vineyard, where Obama has a $12 million estate that could have accommodated all 50 indefinitely. He didn’t welcome the illegals, and neither did the leftist islanders. Instead, they called in the National Guard to kick the illegals off the island. Hilarious Twitter memes ensued.

The leftist Lawyers for Civil Rights, one of the many anti-American subversive organizations that wages lawfare to undermine the rule of law, then sprung into action with a class-action suit against the Florida governor and his officials.

It opens with the tearful tale of what the illegals faced back home: “lives inflicted by violence, instability, insecurity, and abuse of trust by corrupt government officials that most Americans could hardly conceive of.”

The heartless DeSantis didn’t care.

“To gain the Plaintiffs’ trust, and to induce unwitting cooperation with Defendants’ scheme,” the lawsuit alleges, unidentified defendants known as “Doe” “provided items such as $10 McDonalds gift certificates to class members suffering from chronic food insecurity”:

After luring Plaintiffs by exploiting their most basic needs, the Doe Defendants then made false promises and false  representations that if Plaintiffs and class members were willing to board airplanes to  other states, they would receive employment, housing, educational opportunities, and other like assistance upon their arrival. Next, the Defendants put class members up for free in hotels, sequestered away from the migrant center, and from the possibility of actual good Samaritans finding out how the class members were being abused.

The lawsuit says DeSantis and his underlings spent $615,000 to charter private planes for the illegals, who landed “in the evening, with no food, water or shelter. No one on Martha’s Vineyard — or, on information and belief — anywhere in Massachusetts — knew they were coming.”

That was kind of the point of the exercise. But that aside, the lawsuit alleges that the defendants ran a “scheme to defraud vulnerable immigrants to advance a political motive.”

The flight violated the Fourth Amendment rights of the illegals because “fraudulently inducing” the illegals to cross state lines was an illegal search and seizure.

The supposed “fraud” also violated the 14th Amendment by depriving the illegals of due process and equal protection of the law.

The lawsuit also alleges that the defendants misused federal China Virus subsidies, falsely imprisoned the illegals, “discriminated” against them because of their race, conspired to violate the illegals’ “civil rights,” intentionally inflicted “emotional distress,” and trespassed the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause by interfering in immigration.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for the illegals and their subversive attorneys.

Great Replacement Lawfare

Leftist have been waging lawfare to push forward the Great Replacement of Americans for years.

Most notably, they kept former President Trump in court for the entirety of his presidency with lawsuits that sought to stop him from building a border wall, changing the rules to apply for asylum, and forcing illegals to remain in Mexico while asylum claims were heard.

Great Replacement backers hope to overwhelm the country with Third World immigrants who will become Democrats voters.
