Kate Brown, Oregon’s Democrat governor, has a history of participating in events sponsored by Chinese Community Party propaganda groups that have been flagged by the U.S. State Department for “directly and malignly influenc[ing]” American government officials.

As the National Pulse reports, Brown has close links to the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), which has earned the nickname the “public face” of China’s United Front and is known for being “avowedly an arm of the party-state.” The State Department described the CPAFFC as seeking to “directly and malignly influence” state and local government leaders in America.

As The New American has previously reported, the United Front is billion-dollar effort by China’s communist regime to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” per the federal U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission.

Another of the United Front’s chief influence groups, the China United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), buys the loyalty of politicians, academics, and journalists by taking them on all-expenses-paid trips to China to wine and dine with high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.

In 2015, Brown attended the China-U.S. Governors Forum, an event sponsored by CPAFFC and flagged by the State Department for having a subversive influence on American politics.

“CPAFFC’s actions have undermined the Governors Forum’s original well-intentioned purpose,” the State Department wrote of the forum.

At the event, which featured Chinese Communist Party Leader Xi Jinping, Brown declared that “Oregon hopes to enhance cooperation with China.” After the forum, Brown was one of six governors to ink a deal with Beijing to collaborate on “clean technology and economic development.”

The following month, during a private meeting with CPAFFC Vice President Lin Yi, Brown called Xi’s remarks “encouraging” while she vowed to “strengthen pragmatic cooperation with China in education, science and technology, health, tourism and sports.”

A self-avowed “bisexual,” Brown, who is married to a man, has accepted the title of the nation’s “first LGBT governor.”

Curiously, the Oregon Democrat Party called for the cancellation of an event featuring the National Pulse’s Raheem Kassam and Natalie Winters over what they claim is the site’s promotion of “China-centric conspiracy theories” and “toxic beliefs.”

China has gained an alarming foothold in all aspects of American society. The communist regime was involved in both the COVID-19 crisis and, many say, the 2020 presidential election. The Chinese Communist Party’s Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) bragged on its website that it has ties to organizations that played a role in influencing the 2020 election in Joe Biden’s favor.

The Bidens have deep ties to Communist China. Among the many business dealings Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, has been involved in was a $30 million deal with Chinese oligarchs.

An e-mail from Hunter Biden’s laptop discussing equity distributions notes that there will be “10 [million] held by H for the big guy.” The identity of the “big guy” remains a mystery, with speculation that it alludes to Joe Biden himself.

A text written by Hunter revealed that Joe Biden grabs half of all money his family members earn through the lucrative business deals that come in thanks to his positions in government.

Is it surprising that Biden recently allowed Huawei, the blacklisted Chinese telecom monolith, to enter the American auto industry by giving the company licenses to buy automotive chips? This is in contrast to the Trump administration, which in August 2020 placed restrictions on Huawei, limiting its ability to purchase chips in the United States. The Trump administration did so out of national-security concerns.

“We don’t want their equipment in the United States because they spy on us,” President Trump said at the time. “And any country that uses it, we’re not going to do anything in terms of sharing intelligence.” The Trump White House had previously banned vendors worldwide from using U.S. technology to produce components for Huawei.

According to Trump, Huawei provided the communist Chinese with the means with which to spy on America.

But under Democrats, China has seemingly near-free reign to buy up the entirety of America. Joe Biden is at the top of the influence racket, and governors such as Kate Brown are in on the betrayal.
