Four months after several reports showed that Asian Muslim gangs in Britain had turned thousands of British girls into sex slaves and prostitutes, the government finally appears ready to act. London’s Daily Mail reported early this week that the country’s minister for children and families wants to crack down and put the sex slavers out of business.
How successful he will be given the country’s well-documented fear of offending Muslims remains to be seen.
National Action Plan
According to the Mail, family czar Tim Loughton “suggested two weeks ago that the plan will call on councils to act with a 'much greater urgency' to identify victims of sexual exploitation while taking 'robust action against those who commit these appalling crimes.”
The report in the Mail is thin on detail because the plan hasn’t been published. The Mail noted that a "[Department For Education] spokesman refused to reveal the contents of the National Action Plan,” but told the newspaper,
We are publishing an action plan this week and that will draw on work around the country to prevent sexual exploitation, identify those at risk and support victims.
It will address the challenge of securing prosecutions and the need for robust action against perpetrators.
Child sexual exploitation is an appalling form of child abuse and we are determined to do everything possible to stamp it out.
Long Time Coming
The plan has been some time coming.
As The New American reported in June, predominantly “Asian” gangs have forced some 2,000 girls into sex slavery. More than 60 percent of the victims are white, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre reported. It continued:
2,083 victims of child sexual exploitation were reported to CEOP. The vast majority of victims in the dataset are female, although, in 31% of cases, the gender of the victim was unknown. Although the majority of victims in the dataset are female, difficulties in recognising sexual exploitation among boys and young men are likely to have led to an underrepresentation of male victims. The most common ages at which a child comes to the attention of statutory or non-statutory agencies are 14 and 15. The data found that victims were from a range of ethnicities although the majority were white. Among the 2,083 victims, 61% are white, 33% are unknown, 3% asian, and 1% Black. Research suggests that minority ethnic groups are likely to be under-represented due to additional barriers they face in reporting and accessing mainstream services.
The vulnerable girls are most often truants and otherwise in trouble, the report said. “The vulnerability of many victims renders them particularly susceptible to the grooming tactics employed by perpetrators. All victims in the dataset had been groomed to some extent by their exploiter with a variety of coercive tactics used to control them and keep them in exploitative situations.”
Beyond that, the report divulged that most of the perpetrators are very likely “British” Pakistani Muslims. Although 38 percent of offenders are white, the report said, 26 percent are “Asian.” Another 32 percent are of “unknown” origin, but the report also admitted that defining the term “Asian” isn’t so easy.
Another study shows that the majority of offenders are, indeed, “Asians,” meaning “British” Pakistanis. Though the Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science documented 17 prosecutions of Pakistanis since 1997, the Mail reported in June, the government doesn’t want to discuss the role Pakistanis play in the crimes: “Police and social services have been accused of fueling a culture of silence which has allowed hundreds of young white girls to be exploited by Asian men for sex." As well, the Mail said,
Agencies have identified a long-term pattern of offending by gangs of men, predominantly from the British Pakistani community, who have befriended and abused hundreds of vulnerable girls aged 11 to 16….
In total, 56 people, with an average age of 28, were found guilty of crimes including rape, child abduction, indecent assault and sex with a child.
Three of the 56 were white, 53 were Asian. Of those, 50 were Muslim and a majority were members of the British Pakistani community.
A detective told the paper that the authorities are simply hiding the truth. "These girls are being passed around and used as meat," he told the Mail. As well, he said,
To stop this type of crime you need to start everyone talking about it but everyone's been too scared to address the ethnicity factor.
No one wants to stand up and say that Pakistani guys in some parts of the country are recruiting young white girls and passing them around their relatives for sex, but we need to stop being worried about the racial complication.
Facebook Helps Pimps
The Mail's latest report disclosed two cases in which police dropped the ball.
One distraught father said a visit to his daughter’s Facebook profile revealed “loads of male, Asian friends,” the paper noted. The father restricted the daughter’s activities, but she then moved in with her mother. From there, things got worse:
He tracked down all the names and addresses of her friends he believed were involved and passed them on to police.
Meanwhile her school was reporting [the girl] had begun arriving looking "dirty and extremely thin."
She was going missing for days at a time, according to agency notes.
By October last year she "admitted she has slept with different Asian males."
The police told Charlotte's father they hoped to take action against the men. That was 17 months ago and he is still waiting.
"There's no will to deal with this issue in Keighley," he said. "What chance have these kids got if that's the attitude of the police?"
Nothing New
Police inaction is nothing new. As London’s Telegraph reported in June, police hide Muslim crime from the public because they fear a “backlash” from the community. One neighborhood, Tower Hamlets, is virtually an Islamic no-go zone under Sharia law.
Muslims attacked a fellow Muslim because he smoked during the holy month of Ramadan, and they also exert some control in public schools. Musilms forced a teacher to quit “for complaining that Muslim pupils were engaging in racist and anti-Semitic bullying and saying they supported terrorism,” theTelegraph reported. A Muslim gang severely beat a religion teacher for instructing students in religions other than Islam.
Even homosexuals, a protected group in the West, find no refuge from attacks by Muslim gangs. Indeed, the campaign is such that homosexuals may well feel they live in Iran or Saudi Arabia. According to the Telegraph, “Tower Hamlets’ gay community has become a particular target of extremists. Homophobic crimes in the borough have risen by 80 per cent since 2007/8, and by 21 per cent over the last year, a period when there was a slight drop in London as a whole.”
Last year, a mob of 30 young Muslims stormed a local gay pub, the George and Dragon, beating and abusing patrons. Many customers of the pub told The Sunday Telegraph that they have been attacked and harassed by local Muslim youths. In 2008 a 20-year-old student, Oli Hemsley, was left permanently paralysed after an attack by a group of young Muslims outside the pub. Only one of his assailants has been caught and jailed.
Muslim openly heckle homosexual politicians with animal noises and post stickers in the Tower Hamlets proclaiming it a “gay-free” zone.
Peter Tatchell, a professed homosexual, told the Telegraph that police fear the result of prosecuting Muslims. Said Tatchell: “The police said no-one was allowed to talk publicly about this because they didn’t want to upset the Muslim community. We’ve made very clear the difference between the Muslim community as a whole and these particular fundamentalists, and the fact that the police wouldn’t publicly say what they knew was an absolute disgrace.”
The question now is what police will do to stop the rape of young girls and their exploitation in sex slavery given that the perpetrators are in the same community as those raging against homosexuals.
