Melania Trump Makes Stunning Epstein Announcement, Calls on Congress to Act

First Lady Melania Trump delivered an unexpected announcement yesterday at the White House, explaining that she never had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein or his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. Calling for accountability, Mrs. Trump implored Congress to act and uncover the truth by conducting public hearings and bringing witnesses to testify under oath.

In a speech lasting less than six minutes, the First Lady called out those who have tied her to the deceased pedophile, claiming accusers are “devoid of ethical standards, humility, and respect.”

In an attempt to clear the air, Mrs. Trump referenced an October 2002 email she sent to Maxwell, which read, “Dear G! I How are you? Nice story about JE [Jeffrey Epstein] in NY mag. You look great on the picture. I know you are very busy flying all over the world. How was Palm Beach? I cannot wait to go down. Give me a call when you are back in NY. Have a great time! Love, Melania.”

Addressing the correspondence directly, Mrs. Trump stated that “My email reply to Maxwell cannot be categorized as anything more than casual correspondence. My polite reply to her email doesn’t amount to anything more than a trivial note.”

Not a Victim

“I am not Epstein’s victim,” she continued, explaining that the disgraced financier did not introduce her to Donald Trump but rather that the couple met by “chance at a New York City party in 1998.” She did meet Epstein in 2000, she said, but had no clue about his sex trafficking of minors or any criminal activity.

Stressing her lack of involvement in the scandal, the first lady doubled down: “I was never involved in any capacity. I was not a participant, was never on Epstein’s plane, and never visited his private island. I have never been legally accused or convicted of a crime in connection with Epstein’s sex trafficking, abuse of minors, and other repulsive behavior.”

Anyone who claims otherwise must stop, she demanded, as they are attempting to besmirch her name and gain financially. Several companies and individuals have been legally obliged to retract statements tying Mrs. Trump to Epstein, including The Daily Beast, political consultant James Carville, and U.K. publisher HarperCollins.

Time for Justice and Accountability

“Now is the time for Congress to act,” she said. “Epstein was not alone. Several prominent male executives resigned from their powerful positions after this matter became widely politicized.” Two notable examples of Epstein-linked resignations include Larry Summers, former president of Harvard, who announced his resignation from teaching in February, and World Economic Forum President Børge Brende, who resigned in disgrace from his post.

Calling upon Congress to act immediately to get to the bottom of the scandal, Mrs. Trump implored the legislature to provide Epstein’s victims an opportunity to publicly testify under oath, adding they deserve the “power of sworn testimony.”

“Then, and only then, we will have the truth,” she concluded before exiting without taking any questions.

Doing What the President Won’t

MS Now journalist Jacqueline Alemany, who spoke to Trump, posted on X that President Trump did not “know anything about” FLOTUS’ speech prior to her taking the podium, adding that he was in a meeting regarding the Iran war. According to Alemany, Trump said, “She didn’t know him,” referring to Mrs. Trump’s relationship to Epstein.

The first lady’s unexpected move is perhaps the most direct call for accountability the American people have seen out of the White House, as the president has frequently brushed off the international crimes as a “Democrat hoax” while encouraging citizens to simply move on.

Ultimately, the Epstein scandal represents perhaps the biggest disclosure ever, providing the American people a window into the Deep State Insiders’ world. A close examination of that depraved network reveals Epstein’s ties to the upper echelons of the Deep State, including the Rothschild banking dynasty, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission. Not to mention his sick agenda of eugenics, transhumanism, and the cultivation of “designer babies” — all of which have been covered by The New American.
