Trump’s Cuba Policy

I am a Cuban-American exile, and I have supported President Trump since he was a candidate. But I’m not too happy with the steps the president has taken with the brutal military dictatorship in Cuba. I don’t think they were strong enough.

Trump left in place some concessions Obama made to the Castro regime, such as  cruises to Cuba that Obama initiated. Trump left those cruises still sailing to Cuba.

The Trump administration said that it wouldn’t permit American companies to deal with the military in Cuba, yet it allows other private money to go directly to the regime. Who owns the ports and airports in Cuba? The Castro family and the military. So why are the airplanes and cruises still going to Cuba?
