Strange words from the Constitution Party nominee. So, why is he running? 

“If you are a federal candidate,” Terry explains, “you can run ads on a federally licensed television or radio station without censorship.” The stations are prevented by law from refusing or editing political commercials or relegating them to off-peak or graveyard slots. The only obligation on the part of candidates is to pay advertising fees.
