Promethean Action Calls for New World Order With Russia

For decades, The John Birch Society has battled the looming threat of a “New World Order” — a phrase long used by globalists to describe their goal of a collectivist one-world government. This conspiracy for global control has been openly championed by the world’s most powerful elites and a bipartisan cast of U.S. presidents — from Richard Nixon and George H.W. Bush to Bill Clinton and Joe Biden — all of whom have heralded the creation of a “new world order.”

Today, globalists are using a bait-and-switch tactic to co-opt Americanist patriots into supporting a New World Order. Operating under the guise of a pro-MAGA, “America First” organization, the Lyndon LaRouche offshoot known as Promethean Action is actively working to neutralize well-meaning patriots, attempting to transform them into cheerleaders for a pro-Moscow New World Order. In Promethean Action’s March 16, 2026 YouTube video titled “EXPOSED: Trump & Russia Point to the Same Enemy — Britain’s Empire Is Finished,” Promethean spokeswoman Susan Kokinda drops the pro-America pretense and openly celebrates the dawn of a Eurasian-centric global alignment. “This week, the outlines of a new world order, a real one, not Mark Carney’s, began to emerge,” Kokinda enthusiastically tells her viewers. She describes this emerging global alignment as “Great powers acting in their own sovereign interests, converging against the forces of permanent manufactured conflict.”

Multipolar Order

Kokinda’s startling admission reveals the true nature of Promethean Action. They are not opposed to a New World Order; they merely want to guarantee the Kremlin’s preeminence within it. Instead of a global system steered exclusively by Western Insiders, Kokinda envisions a multipolar globalist arrangement where the United States abandons its traditional allies and operates in lockstep with the world’s foremost authoritarian regimes. She explicitly praises the idea of placing America, Russia, and China on the “same plane,” effectively equating the constitutional republic of the United States with the brutal, state-directed collectivism of Moscow and Beijing.

To sell this Eurasia-centric New World Order to conservative audiences, Kokinda acts as a direct conduit for Russian state propaganda. She parrots press releases from the Russian Foreign Ministry as gospel truth, amplifying the Kremlin’s accusations against the United Kingdom that the U.K. is deliberately sabotaging the peace process. In an effort to frame Britain as the ultimate enemy of peace and central conveyer of globalism, rather than being one of many key players, she points to the British establishment, noting: “Chatham House, the empire’s premier foreign policy think tank, came out and bluntly admitted it with the headline, ‘Europe is helping Ukraine resist the U.S. push for peace at any price.’”

Council of Councils

What Kokinda and Promethean Action won’t tell you is the full extent of Chatham House’s collaboration with globalist outfits. Chatham House (also known as the Royal Institute of International Affairs, RIIA) and the U.S.-based Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) do not operate in a strictly Western, or British, vacuum to fight against Russia and China. Instead they coordinate a globalist network known as the Council of Councils (CoC), which frequently convenes to coordinate the roadmap to advance the New World Order agenda for a one-world government.

So what other “councils,” or organizations, are part of the CoC with Chatham House and the CFR? The foreign-policy think tanks of Russia and Communist China. Specifically, Russia’s Council on Foreign and Defense Policy (SVOP) and both China’s Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS) and Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS).

By blaming globalism entirely on the “British empire” and Chatham House, Kokinda runs cover for the CFR in New York City and Washington, D.C., effectively deceiving her audience regarding domestic internationalists actively dismantling American sovereignty. And by portraying Russia and China as anti-globalist, or outside, forces fighting against the British establishment, she is deliberately blinding her audience to the reality that Moscow and Beijing are active participants in the very same CFR-led globalist cabal she claims they are defeating.

Putin’s “Progressive Regionalization”

Nor is Russian President Vladimir Putin an obstacle to globalism, as Kokinda would have her viewers believe; Putin is a key builder constructing a unified New World Order. As The New American has extensively documented (here, here, and here), despite the “East vs. West” hysteria drummed up by the Deep State-controlled mainstream media, Putin is following the exact strategy for the New World Order outlined by Western Insiders, such as Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski: i.e., “progressive regionalization.”

Putin has actively pushed this regionalization through the creation of his Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Signed into existence on May 29, 2014, alongside his Belarusian and Kazakh counterparts Aleksandr Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev, the EAEU was ostensibly designed to shape the largest common market in the region and integrate their economies, energy, and labor forces. However, behind this facade of “economic cooperation” lies a darker, long-range objective: the restoration of the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics).

Back to the USSR

All three founding leaders of the EAEU are deeply rooted in the Soviet communist apparatus — Putin served as a KGB officer and was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), Lukashenko was a CPSU committee secretary, and Nazarbayev was a member of the powerful CPSU Politburo. Putin himself has openly lamented the demise of the Soviet Union as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.” As high-ranking KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn warned decades ago, these strategic realignments are part of a long-range deception culminating in what he referred to as a “Second October Socialist Revolution.”

This Soviet restoration is an active, open objective for Moscow’s communist vanguard. The Union of Communist Parties-Communist Party of the Soviet Union (UCP-CPSU), which is an umbrella organization for all of the official Communist parties of the former Soviet republics and led by Russian Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov, officially declared that the “fraternal communist parties” must take up the cause of the Eurasian Economic Union to achieve the “step-by-step revival of a renewed Union.” On June 26, 2014 — Zyuganov’s 70th birthday — Putin announced that he was awarding him the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his “achieved labor success, significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, [and] the implementation of the foreign policy course of the Russian Federation.” (Emphasis added.)

Far from being an opponent of the communist agenda in Russia, Putin is nothing more than the ruling false opposition to communism. He is actively collaborating with UCP-CPSU leaders to recreate the former Soviet space under the guise of free trade, cooperation, economic integration between the EAEU member-nations. Putin’s Eurasian Economic Union serves as the geopolitical anchor for this Soviet restoration, acting as a regional building block for a larger global structure.

The Ukraine Factor

This collectivist Eurasian strategy also exposes the true motive behind the war in Ukraine — a conflict Promethean Action uses to paint Putin as a stalwart peacemaker. As former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev admitted in 1991, “There can be no Union without Ukraine.” Assimilating Kiev into the EAEU collective is an essential element for building this revised Soviet Eurasian super-state. Thus, when Kokinda parrots Kremlin propaganda and attacks Ukraine, she is actively supporting the territorial rebirth of the USSR.

Empowering UN Global Governance

In tandem with this regionalist consolidation, Putin has championed the creation of a “supranational reserve currency to be issued by international institutions.” Furthermore, Putin and his fellow BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) autocrats have openly called for more (not less) global governance under the United Nations, declaring that the UN “is at the center of global governance” and demanding that international relations be anchored in the UN Charter. By aligning with Putin, Promethean Action is not fighting the Deep State; they are actively promoting a vital globalist player who has worked to empower the UN, globalize financial regulations, and build regional super-states akin to the Soviet Union.

Kokinda and Promethean Action portray Putin as a reasonable dealmaker, while casting traditional Western allies as the primary enemies of our Republic and the American people. She goes so far as to celebrate Russia and Communist China abstaining from a UN Security Council resolution condemning Iranian aggression, framing it as a victory and proof that nations are successfully leaving the “British geopolitical chessboard.”

By explicitly cheering for a “new world order” anchored by Russia and China — regimes that actively sit on the CFR’s Council of Councils and support UN global governance — Promethean Action is attempting to trick Americans into surrendering their national sovereignty to a collectivist, pro-Russia New World Order.
