International Disarmament
AT A GLANCE
• The UN’s disarmament push is politically driven and historically linked to left-wing and communist agendas.
• Communist “disarmament” means transferring weapons to the state, enabling authoritarian control, not peace.
• U.S. foreign policy elites and the CFR have supported disarmament plans that align with globalist and Soviet goals.
• Disarmament threatens U.S. sovereignty by shifting military power to international bodies such as the UN.
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace. They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease. But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe, And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know."
—Rudyard Kipling
“We must speak with one loud, clear voice. It’s time to stop the madness. We need disarmament now.” So declared United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres in February 2024. The UN’s webpage “Disarming our world” tells us, “Disarmament calls for ending the use of all kinds of arms — from firearms to landmines, and from nuclear bombs to chemical and biological weapons. It’s about a safer world. Having fewer arms helps to prevent and mitigate conflict, and reduces terrible human costs. The United Nations has supported disarmament and arms control from its founding.”
