Digital COVID Vaccine Certificates: Media Called It Conspiracy, Now WHO Is Calling for It.

Today’s conspiracy theories are tomorrow’s realities.

A new report from the World Health Organization calls for the worldwide transition to digital certification of vaccine status with implementation strategies for member states. The WHO labels the report “interim guidance” for combating COVID-19 and to “capture vaccination status to protect against other diseases.”

The report is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Government of Estonia, Fondation Botnar, and the State of Kuwait.

The central premise is the implementation of Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) to act as an agent for presenting and reviewing vaccination status, history of SARS CoV-2 infection, and test results.

The executive summary of the report reads:

In the context of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the concept of Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) is proposed as a mechanism by which a person’s COVID-19-related health data can be digitally documented via an electronic certificate. A digital vaccination certificate that documents a person’s current vaccination status to protect against COVID-19 can then be used for continuity of care or as proof of vaccination for purposes other than health care. The resulting artefact of this approach is referred to as the Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates: Vaccination Status (DDCC:VS).

According to the report, the main uses of DDCC are to let healthcare workers know what type of vaccine an individual should receive in the future and to serve as a proof of vaccination status for non-healthcare purposes, such as University education, travel, and survey participation.

The report goes on to outline how vaccination should lead to different steps of verification and database administration. But the report never explains why digital verification is necessary and why countries should strive to establish this new infrastructure.

The report also outlines scenarios where people must “prove their COVID-19 vaccination status (such as care site, a school, or an airport).”

While the report says a bare minimum of information should be used in the identification process, it then goes on to offer a long list of data points to be linked to vaccination status:

  • Name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Unique Identifier (National ID, Health ID etc.);
  • Sex;
  • Vaccine type;
  • brand;
  • manufacturer;
  • market authorization holder;
  • batch number;
  • date of vaccination;
  • Vaccination valid from;
  • dose number;
  • total doses;
  • country of vaccination;
  • administering center;
  • signature of health worker;
  • health worker ID;
  • disease targeted (name of the disease that vaccine given to protect against);
  • Due date of next dose;
  • certificate issuer;
  • health certificate ID;
  • certificate valid from;
  • certificate valid until;
  • certificate schema version.

How long should this process go on for? According to the report, it must continue until COVID-19 is no longer a public health emergency.

However, it states that member nations may keep the system in place for use in future pandemics “to build digital health infrastructure that can be a foundation for digital vaccination certificates beyond COVID-19.”

Although the mainstream media has continually referred to discussion about under-the-skin vaccine verification technology as nothing more than the stuff of conspiracy theory, the political, scientific, and academic communities have been talking about this technology openly for years now.

Bill Gates is funding both an under-the-skin vaccine history device that can be read with infrared-equipped smartphones and a remote-controlled contraceptive microchip to go under women’s skin.

The Gates-funded Global Alliance of Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI) is partnering with Mastercard to create the biometric digital-identity platform Trust Stamp. This will allow people to digitally verify their identity, and is set to be integrated with the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system.

The integration of biometric identification technology with digital banking and vaccine records is a dangerous step that could be used to force people to get their shots or else be blocked from making purchases.

The global elites fully understand this possibility, which is exactly why the likes of Bill Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation have pumped millions into the technology. It’s also why the establishment, as in the case of multinational corporation Mastercard, so ardently want to create a “world beyond cash.”

Just as the establishment repeatedly said it was mere conspiracy theory to talk about COVID-19’s origin from a lab leak in China only to admit the viability of the theory later, it is not unlikely that the “conspiracy theory” surrounding vaccine certifications will soon prove true as well.
