U.K. Gov’t Pamphlet Begs “Migrants”: Don’t Rape Women Because It’s Against the Law and Could Affect Asylum Claim
In what will likely be the most embarrassing public document published in 2026, the U.K. government has produced a guide for “asylum seekers” that instructs them not to rape women.
That isn’t the only advice the pamphlet offers. But it is advice that would be unnecessary if British politicians hadn’t permitted a mass invasion of Muslims.
Illegal aliens — or “migrants” in leftist code — have been invading the once-great nation for years. Result: Muslim grooming gangs raped upwards of 250,000 white British girls. And the cops did nothing to stop it.
The Pamphlet
Published August 19, Understanding behaviours and expectations in the UK: a guide for asylum seekers opens by saying that the U.K. has compassion for the “asylum seekers” — leftspeak for penniless vagrants from the Third World. But alas and alack, we stuffy, uptight British have rules!
“We understand that coming to a new country can be difficult, and that laws and customs here may be different from your home country,” the pamphlet says:
In the UK, there are laws that protect everyone’s safety, dignity and rights. It is important that you understand them, because not following UK law can have serious consequences. You could get in trouble with the police, lose your asylum support, or it could affect your asylum claim.
These rules and expectations are not just for people seeking asylum, they apply to everyone living here.
After that, the pamphlet takes pains to explain to the “asylum seekers” — mostly military-age men — that women have rights such as earning money, traveling freely, and marrying whom they want. And all without permission from fathers, brothers, or husbands.
That means the Muslim invaders “must never” do the following:
• stop a woman from working or studying;
• control what a woman wears or where she goes;
• stop a woman from seeing friends or family; and,
• make decisions for a woman without her agreement.
Domestic abuse is against the law, the pamphlet continues, before explaining that raping a woman because the Third World vagrant “needs” sex isn’t what Britons are all about.
“Consent means both people freely agree to sex or sexual contact,” the pamphlet explains for the simple minded “asylum seeker”:
In the UK, the law is clear and strict: both people must agree to sex or sexual contact of any kind.
That means no sex with a woman while she’s drunk or sleeps. It also means no sex with a girl under age 16, the legal age of consent:
Sex with someone under the age of 16 is a serious crime in the UK. There are no exceptions to this rule. Even if they say yes, it is still illegal. You could go to prison, lose your support and accommodation, and it will affect your asylum claim.
In fact, the cops don’t think sex with a girl under 16 is a “serious crime,” or they wouldn’t have permitted Muslim grooming gangs to rape 250,000 white British girls. Nor does the Labour Party think sex with a girl under 16 is a “serious crime.” In January 2025, the far-left party blocked an official inquiry into the Mohammedan gangs.
The pamphlet also warns about “respect in public” and warns the “asylum seekers” about unwanted advances:
• When you are in public spaces, alone or with friends, you must never:
• make sexual comments to someone, even if you think it is a compliment;
• whistle or make kissing noises at someone;
• follow someone or block their path;
• make rude or offensive gestures; and,
• verbally abuse someone because of their gender, religion, or how they look.
Also banned: taking sex photos of someone without the person’s consent.
Safe Project in Finland
The pamphlet is nearly, but not quite, as embarrassing as the video produced by the €2.5 million Safe Oulu Project in Finland about six years ago. The bright lights in the Land of a Thousand Lakes concocted that one after “migrants” began raping girls under 15 in 2018.
The video features three women and two men hand-signaling to a little ditty with the following words: Stop … don’t touch me there … this is … my no-no square!
“My home town has launched a 2,5 million euro project called Safe Oulu that aims at combating the (migrant) rape crisis,” the Monokulttuuri FM X feed complained:
This is where the money goes.
Kill me now.
At least, be kind and lobotomize me so I won’t have to live with this image in my head.
“The offenders are probably gonna play this in the background while they’re committing the crimes and laugh about it,” Red Gaze YouTuber said:
Stupid! Way to go Finland, way to go. Keep disappointing your people, making the rest of the world laugh and cringe at the same time and just wonder what the f*** is wrong with you.
British politicians seem to have ignored a simple truth: No Muslim “asylum seekers” = no Muslim “asylum seeker” rapists.
