In The Spotlight

Zuny Duarte-Tarrio is the mother of the former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who was sentenced last September to 22 years in federal prison in relation to the Washington D.C. protests on January 6, 2021. He was convicted of seditious conspiracy with a terrorism enhancement, though he was not in the nation’s capital that day.

Zuny joins The New American senior editor Rebecca Terrell with updates on her son’s appeal process and news of the latest attacks that J6 families are enduring.
