Former Washington D.C. police officer Mike Fanone says that Iowa construction worker Kyle Young assaulted him on January 6, 2021 during demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol. So on September 27, 2022, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced Young to 86 months in federal prison.
