It was bad enough that President Joe Biden opened the borders, invited in illegal-alien Venezuelan and other criminals, then permitted the nation’s Tren de Aragua gang, which is linked to the Maduro regime, to run rampant in American cities.
Now, we learn, the Biden administration paroled more than 6,000 illegals who are either convicted criminals or listed on the FBI’s Terrorist Watch List into the country, and let them enroll in public benefits programs such as Medicaid.
The Trump administration is revoking those paroles, The Daily Caller reported today. And, presumably, those would-be terrorists will land in El Salvador’s terrorist detention center.
Meanwhile, the Department of Government Efficiency, which reposted the Caller’s X post, has identified massive waste, fraud and abuse in unemployment benefits. Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer reported the numbers to President Donald Trump in a Cabinet meeting.
Some $400 million in unemployment benefit fraud was uncovered. Money went to the dead, to children under age five, and even to those yet to be born. Also collecting: almost four dozen of those who are criminals or on the terror watch list.
Medicaid Fraud — Thanks To Sleepy Joe
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Caller reported, fingered 6,300 paroled illegals since 2023 who “are on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center or have a criminal record, a senior White House official” told the publication.
The officials disclosed the following:
“Among the 6.3k paroled aliens with criminal or terrorist records, 905 were collecting Medicaid (including 4 on the terrorist watch list). $276,000 was paid out,” the official shared with the Caller, adding that all had Social Security numbers. “41 were collecting Unemployment Insurance, receiving $42,000 in benefits. 22 received federal student loans totaling $280,000.”
On X, DOGE noted that 409 illegals received $751,000 in net tax refunds, while several collected food stamps.
Those paroles have ended and their benefits, including work authorization, have been stripped.
Many of them had to have landed here thanks to Biden’s unlawful programs that permitted them to apply for entry with the CBP One Mobile application and/or flew them directly into the country. Biden flew in some 530,000 illegals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Biden also “paroled” illegals who were caught jumping the border.
The program permitted TdA to establish outposts in several major cities to terrorize Americans. Members assaulted cops in New York. They took over hotels and apartment buildings. One gang member murdered nursing student Laken Riley.
Deportations
Trump has begun deporting those criminals using the Alien Enemies Act, given that TdA is affiliated with the Cártel de los Soles, a dangerous cartel “the Nicolas Maduro regime-sponsored, narco-terrorism enterprise based in Venezuela,” as Trump’s order invoking the Act says.
A far-left, pro-terrorist federal judge attempted to block the deportations, but the U.S. Supreme Court voted 5-4 on Tuesday to permit Trump’s deportations to continue.
“They allowed more than half a million loosely vetted aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela and their immediate family members to enter the United States through these disastrous parole programs; granted them opportunities to compete for American jobs and undercut American workers; forced career civil servants to promote the programs even when fraud was identified; and then blamed Republicans in Congress for the chaos that ensued and the crime that followed,” a top official at the Homeland Security Department told the Caller.
More Waste, Fraud, and Abuse
At the Cabinet meeting, Chavez-DeRemer delivered this hardly shocking news, given what DOGErs have already found: Since 2020, “$400 million of [fraudulent unemployment] payments have gone out.”
Some 24,500 people older than 115 years collected $59 million in unemployment money. Almost 30,000 kids between ages one and five hauled in $254 million. Another almost 10,000 “15 years in the future claimed $69M in benefits.” And someone born in 2154 received $41,000.
“Under the Department of Labor, those are things we’re uncovering,” Chavez-DeRemer said.
All those cases are obviously outright fraud.
Chavez-DeRemer also said that DOGE has uncovered $4.4 billion in unused Covid funds sitting in state coffers. The department has thus far clawed back $1.4 billion and will go after the rest.
“Your tax dollars were going to pay fraudulent unemployment claims for fake people born in the future!” DOGE chieftain Elon Musk wrote in reposting the DOGE findings. “This is so crazy that I had to read it several times before it sank in.”

The oldest living American is 114 years old, so it is safe to say that anyone 115 or older is collecting “unemployment” due to being dead.
There was no sanity check for impossibly young or impossibly old people for unemployment insurance.
And, again, 41 criminals and/or terror suspects were among those collecting unemployment benefits.
The latest findings mirror those Musk and DOGEr Antonio Gracias, CEO of Valor Equity Partners, revealed in March at a town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They disclosed that the number of illegals on Social Security grew about 678 percent from 270,000 to 2.1 million between 2021 to 2024. Many illegals voted.
“On every benefit program we went through,” Gracias said, DOGErs found 5.5 million people enrolled. “And then what was really really disturbing us was why we’re asking ourselves why? And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records and we found people here registered to vote.”
“And who did vote,” Musk added.
