Practicing doctors are being “disciplined” by medical boards for “spreading false or misleading misinformation” about COVID-19 or COVID vaccines — that is, any information that deviates from the official dogma that “COVID-19 is a deadly disease” and that “vaccines are safe and effective” as well as promoting unapproved treatments such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
As reported by MedScape, at least 12 state medical boards have “taken action” against physicians who dare question the vaccines’ safety and efficacy, according to a new survey from the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), which covers the United States, its territories, and Washington, D.C.). FSMB notes that two-thirds of its 71 member boards reported “an increase in complaints about doctors spreading false or misleading [COVID-related] information.”
Humayun J. Chaudhry, president and CEO of the FSMB, complained how “widespread the issue has become,” but admired all the boards that “have already taken action to combat COVID-19 disinformation by disciplining physicians who engage in that behavior and by reminding all physicians that their words and actions matter, and they should think twice before spreading disinformation that may harm patients.”
According to FSMB, at least 15 boards have published statements about doctors who warn their patients of the risks associated with the vaccines, and at least 12 boards have taken disciplinary action against such doctors.
MedScape gives a couple of examples of the doctors who “spread misinformation,” and calls on the boards to revoke those doctors’ licenses.
One is Dr. Simone Gold, a Los Angeles-based physician and the founder of America’s Frontline Doctors, a group of renowned doctors who advocate for a common-sense pandemic response.
According to an NPR report, Dr. Gold has been telling people “to avoid vaccination against the coronavirus. As an alternative, she pushed drugs that have not been proven effective at treating COVID-19.” Almost everything that Gold was sharing “was contrary to the best science and medical standards of care for treating COVID-19,” per the report.
“In one appearance, Gold claimed that all the COVID vaccine candidates cause diseases, rather than help prevent them. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say this is not true, and that the unvaccinated are 11 times more likely to be killed by COVID,” wrote the Los Angeles Times while reminding their readers that the organization that Dr. Gold founded also “infamously” “criticize[d] pandemic lockdowns and government efforts to stop the spread of the virus.”
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, a recent guest of The New American, has been condemned by MedScape for claiming that “COVID-19 vaccines magnetize people and ‘interface’ with 5G cell phone towers. The outlet complained that she was able to renew her license with the Ohio State Medical Board in October.
Not everyone was so lucky. Dr. Steven LaTulippe lost his license with the Oregon Medical Board. According to the board’s documents, LaTulippe “did not wear a mask when treating patients at the clinic between March 2020 and December 2020,” nor did he require his patients or visitors to wear them. It is noted that the doctor himself observed that some 95 percent of those visiting him chose to forgo that questionable measure.
The report continued,
LaTulipe engaged in an informed consent process with each patient “to establish whether or not they should be wearing a mask,” based on his personal opinions in general opposition to mask wearing. Licensee regularly told his patients that masks are ineffective in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and should not be worn. Licensee further asserted that, because virus particles are so small, they will pass through the recommended masks and most other face coverings people choose to wear.
Moreover, the doctor warned that “masks exacerbate COPD and asthma and cause or contribute to multiple serious health conditions, including but not limited to heart attacks, strokes, collapsed lungs, MRSA (methicillin-resistant staph aureus infection,) pneumonia, and hypertension.”
That, of course, was heresy in the eyes of the board that heavily quoted the CDC masking guidance as their primary source of information.
LaTulippe’s wife, who worked with her husband, added some gasoline to the fire by telling one patient that “COVID-19 was no different than a cold and that the flu was more hazardous” and even daring one of the elder patients not to wear a mask to avoid “CO2 issues.”
Both LaTulipes recommended their patients to watch the “Destroying the Mask Narrative” video.
Dr. Mark Brody’s license was suspended for urging his patients in a letter “not to accept a coronavirus vaccine at the time, regardless of who the manufacturer is.”
For example, the board found this claim in his letter “false”:
Given the news and previously untested RNA technologies being employed with this vaccination, and preliminary scientific evidence, there exists the possibility of sterilizing all females in the population who receive the vaccination, disrupting recipient’s DNA, which controls and regulates who and what we are, and other unpredictable long term health consequences.
The latter issue of the COVID vaccines was discussed in detail by Dr. Carrie Madej on The New American.
Another example of a “patently false statement” that cost Dr. Brody his license was:
Whether coming from greed, politics or Ignorance, authorities within government and the media have become untethered from science in promoting a poorly and inadequately tested product, which they wish to inject into you without having verified that it is their responsibility to verify that the vaccine is safe and effective.
Dr. Robert Malone, who pioneered the mRNA vaccine technology, has provided bombshell revelations on the profound corruption with the United States’ top health and regulatory bodies, which are engaged in the “largest medical experiment performed in human history,” as he put it.
It is also true that it is unverified if the vaccines are “safe and effective,” with the earliest completion date on the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and efficacy trials set for May of 2023.
The Washington State Medical Board has reportedly opened an investigation into prominent Idaho-based pathologist Dr. Ryan N. Cole, who calls COVID vaccines “fake” and “needle rape,” advocates for early treatments such as ivermectin, promotes use of Vitamin D and warns that vaccines are triggering autoimmune diseases and cancers, according to his own observations.
Making the matter even more complicated, one of the sources of the allegedly “harmful misinformation” is a database created and maintained by the CDC and HHS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), LifeSiteNews reports. That is due to the fact that “it can be abused by people trying to sow fear,” as VICE News put it.
When any word spoken by those who swore to “do no harm” may cost them their practice, “the safe option … is to promote the jab or keep silent, and not to suggest anything different from what Anthony Fauci approves. By silencing doctors who are ethical professionals, one opens the gates for the reckless charlatans,” per LifeSiteNews.
Opening “the gates for the reckless charlatans” could cost many lives, as suggested by the evidence of dangers associated with the vaccines that keeps growing day by day.
