Two days after he was inaugurated, President Joe Biden declared war on the unborn.
But he did more than vow to unleash the full might of the baby-murder industry upon the innocent in his message on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the constitutionally flawed U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.
He also showed just how different a president he will be than his predecessor, something Never Trump Republicans apparently didn’t consider. Already Biden has attacked simple decency.
No normal American will be safe in Biden’s America. Not the unborn. Not high-school girls. Not high-school boys.
Opening Salvo
On his first day in office, the addled president opened a new front in the culture war by telling schools girls they would shower with boys in the name of imagined “transgender rights.”
That was after, of course, he appointed a “transgender woman” — meaning a man who claims he’s a woman, dresses like one, and acts like one — to the No. 2 health post in the nation at the Department of Health and Human Services. Biden picked Rachel (Richard) Levine despite his role in the death of more than 3,000 nursing-home patients in his home state of Pennsylvania. Levine supported his governor’s order to place Chinese Virus patients in nursing homes. Then he pulled his own mother out of one.
Then, four days after President Trump declared National Sanctity of Life Day, Biden — a devout Catholic, his media information ministry tells us — bellowed his support for murdering the unborn.
“Today marks the 48th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in Roe v. Wade,” his mash note to abortionists began.

“Reproductive health” and “right to choose” are code for abortion. Oddly, Biden’s proclamation doesn’t mention abortion, although Roe legalized it.
“Access to contraception” means this: I’ll make sure your daughter gets plenty of condoms and birth control pills without your permission.
It was a short proclamation. Biden is a man of few words. But few words are necessary to explain a scorched-earth policy against the unborn.
Trump’s Proclamation
On January 18, Trump ensured that Americans understood his administration’s policies.
“Every human life is a gift to the world,” he wrote to establish National Sanctity of Life Day. “Whether born or unborn, young or old, healthy or sick, every person is made in the holy image of God.”

Trump is not a devout Catholic, although his public policies hew more to Catholic teaching than the pope’s. And “devout Catholic” Biden’s.
Trump also explained the real import of the unconstitutional Roe mandate for murder. “This month,” he wrote, “we mark nearly 50 years since the United States Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision.”
This constitutionally flawed ruling overturned State laws that banned abortion, and has resulted in the loss of more than 50 million innocent lives. But strong mothers, courageous students, and incredible community members and people of faith are leading a powerful movement to awaken America’s conscience and restore the belief that every life is worthy of respect, protection, and care. Because of the devotion of countless pro-life pioneers, the call for every person to recognize the sanctity of life is resounding more loudly in America than ever before. Over the last decade, the rate of abortions has steadily decreased, and today, more than three out of every four Americans support restrictions on abortion.
Trump strengthened President Reagan’s Mexico City policy that forbids international organizations that receive U.S. taxpayer subsidies from promoting or paying for abortions.
“As a Nation, restoring a culture of respect for the sacredness of life is fundamental to solving our country’s most pressing problems,” Trump continued. “When each person is treated as a beloved child of God, individuals can reach their full potential, communities will flourish, and America will be a place of even greater hope and freedom.”
Trump was the first president to address the National Right to Life March.
In September, he mandated that newborn infants who survive attempted abortion receive the same life-saving care as any other patient in a medical facility.
Wrote Trump:

On National Sanctity of Human Life Day, we promise to continue speaking out for those who have no voice. We vow to celebrate and support every heroic mother who chooses life. What a difference four days makes.
