The MS-13 gang member who murdered a 20-year-old autistic girl in 2022 in Maryland was permitted to enroll in school while police waited to arrest him.

But that isn’t the worst thing about the case of Salvadoran murderer Walter Martinez — caught and released at the southwest border under President Joe Biden’s standing orders — who pleaded guilty to the murder of Harford County’s Kayla Hamilton last month.

School authorities didn’t know they had a dangerous murder suspect in their school system.

How many more Americans must die at the hands of Biden’s “migrants” before the administration stops the madness at the border is unknown.

The Murder

The nightmare for Tammy Nobles, Kayla’s mother, began in July, 2022, as The New American reported, when Martinez murdered Hamilton.

Martinez had entered the country as an “unaccompanied alien child” that March in the Rio Grande Valley Border Sector. The Biden administration released him to live with his sponsor, supposedly a first cousin.

The Salvadoran thug garroted the girl with a phone cord, and, as Nobles told Fox45 in Baltimore, “then just left her on the floor, like trash.”

Cops in Aberdeen, Maryland, had surveillance video that showed that Martinez was the murderer. They arrested the then 17-year-old illegal alien in January 2023.

But frighteningly, Fox45’s Project Baltimore reported, that was only after they waited six months for DNA test results. That’s how he wound up in school.

“By the fall of 2022, as police waited for the DNA results, Martinez had been placed in foster care with Child and Protective Services,” the station reported. “He then enrolled at Edgewood High School.”

Continued Fox45:

Under Maryland law, since Martinez had not yet been charged with murder, he could attend Edgewood High School and authorities, including CPS, were not required to tell the school about his past. But Nobles believes someone should have.

Harford County Public Schools [HCPS] told Fox45 in a statement when Martinez was enrolled in October 2022, “There was no information in our possession that would suggest he was a danger to other students and staff. HCPS is not afforded unfettered access to information held by law enforcement which may suggest that a potential student is dangerous, gang-affiliated, or suspected of heinous and disturbing crimes.”

Nobles observed the obvious: A murder suspect must not be permitted to wander the halls of a high school. If the suspect needs schooling, he can get it online.

Fox45 ran down the list of agencies involved in the murder probe that did not inform the school system about their new pupil:

  • Aberdeen Police Department
  • Maryland State Police
  • FBI
  • Immigration and Customs Enforcement
  • Child and Protective Services

“Yet, when Martinez was enrolled in Edgewood High School, no one involved told the school that a suspected murderer was walking the hallways with 1,400 other students,” the station reiterated.

In January, just before Martinez pleaded guilty and landed a 70-year prison sentence, Hamilton’s family announced that it would sue the Biden administration for $100 million

Rachel Morin

Hamilton isn’t the only victim in Harford County of an MS-13 gang member, police allege.

More recently, Rachel Morin, mom of five, was found dead on the Ma & Pa Trail. Police allege that Salvadoran thug Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez savagely beat her to death on August 4, 2023.

As The New American reported about that case, a family attorney told the New York Post that Morin suffered “10-15 head wounds and the manner of death was strangulation and blunt force injuries.”

Her head appeared to have been caved in with a rock, the Post reported.

The murderer left Morin in a drainage tunnel after dragging her there through the woods.

In July, Fox News reported that Hernandez jumped the border in February 2023, after fleeing murder charges in El Salvador.

The next month, he attacked a woman and her daughter in California. DNA from that crime scene matched that found in clothing left in Maryland.

Cops tracked him to Oklahoma, where they arrested him as he was “casually sitting at [a] bar,” Tulsa police said.

Laken Riley

Women who jog alone seem to be a preferred target of illegal-alien murderers.

Another such victim was Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student who was murdered on a trail near the University of Georgia’s campus in Athens.

Biden “migrant” Jose Ibarra is accused of the crime. He has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of felony murder, including felony murder while committing aggravated assault to commit rape.

Southwest border agents caught Ibarra trying to enter the country illegally in February 2022 and released him.

Though cops had him in their sights for a crime committed against a child, he was never prosecuted.

Instead of deporting him, the Biden administration gave him a work permit.
