18-year-old Charged With Threatening to Murder FBI Agent and Family in Minneapolis
The FBI has arrested the deranged leftist woman who threatened an agent and his family after stealing his identification from a vehicle during the pro-illegal alien insurrection in Minneapolis.
Since the insurrections began, leftists have vandalized federal vehicles. In Minnesota, authorities collared an illegal-alien gang member who stole a weapon from an FBI storage locker in a vehicle.
But now, a woman named Brenna Marie Doyle has threatened to kill an FBI agent and his family, authorities allege. Result: Federal felony charges.
Criminal Complaint, Arrest Warrant
Filed in Spokane, Washington, the arrest warrant and criminal complaint for Doyle allege that Doyle “did knowingly threaten to murder a member of the immediate family of Victim A, a Federal law enforcement officer, namely, Victim A’s spouse and daughter, with the intent to impede, intimidate, and interfere with such law enforcement officer while engaged in the performance of official duties, and with intent to retaliate against said law enforcement officer on account of the performance of official duties.”
Such a crime violates 18 U.S. Code 115, which carries a sentence of up to six years in prison.
Doyle left three voicemails threatening the officer and his family “with knowledge that the communication would be viewed as a threat, and consciously disregarding a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the communication would be viewed as a threat.”
That offense violates 18 U.S. code 875, which covers threats by interstate communication.
“Threatening an FBI employee and their family WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!” FBI Minneapolis wrote on X:
Yesterday, FBI Agents in Spokane, Washington at the request of FBI Minneapolis arrested a woman after she left 3 disturbing voicemails threatening to kill an FBI agent, his wife, and child because of the agent’s employment in MN. If you threaten to harm law enforcement officers or their families, the FBI will find you and hold you accountable.Â
FBI chief Kash Patel repeated the warning over a story from Fox News:
Threatening an FBI agent and their family is a red line.
We will find you. We will arrest you. And we will hold you fully accountable.
Doyle,18, is in custody with no bail, and will appear in court in Spokane, Washington, on January 28, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. Authorities will transfer Doyle to Minnesota for a hearing on February 9.
The allegations against Doyle stem from the pro-illegal alien insurrection on January 14, when crazed lunatics broke into FBI vehicles, Fox News reported, citing Patel.
January 14 Riot
Independent journalist Nick Sortor captured the leftists on video as they vandalized and robbed federal vehicles. In one case they stole documents, and in another they stole a federal weapons locker.
Federal agents had been forced to abandon them.
“Rioters successfully BROKE OPEN a weapons locker in a federal vehicle and STOLE A RIFLE and ammunition before fleeing,” Sortor wrote, noting that he identified the vehicle of the rifle thief as it drove away:
I captured the thief’s face and license plate on the getaway vehicle.
PLEASE SHARE and HELP IDENTIFY this [man].
I have forwarded this to the top levels of the FBI.
The goon accused of stealing what Attorney General Pam Bondi described as FBI “weaponry” didn’t stay free for long. And, not surprisingly, the suspect was a tattooed member of the Latin Kings gang.
Name: Raul Gutierrez, 33.
Sortor’s video showed the insurrectionist pulling the weapons locker out of the car and breaking it open.
The riot on January 14 began after an ICE agent shot an illegal alien — and not for no reason.
As the Department of Homeland Security explained, “federal law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted traffic stop in Minneapolis of an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by Joe Biden in 2022,” DHS reported.
The illegal alien raced away in his car, “crashed into a parked car … then fled on foot,” DHS continued:
The law enforcement officer caught up to the subject on foot and attempted to apprehend him when the subject began to resist and violently assault the officer. While the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and broom handle.
As the officer was being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals, the original subject got loose and began striking the officer with a shovel or broom stick.
Fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired defensive shots to defend his life. The initial subject was hit in the leg.Â
In a fitting coda to the report, the two thugs who participated in beating the ICE agent were caught and released at the border as well.
