Gates-funded Program Tests Biometric ID Vaccinations in Africa

The biometric digital identity platform Trust Stamp, which claims to “evolve as you evolve,” is to be introduced in “low-income, remote communities” in West Africa as part of a partnership between the Bill Gates-supported Alliance of Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI) and Mastercard, according to a July 15 article at Activist Post.

The new program to be tested in West Africa will see Trust Stamp’s technology integrated into the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system.

GAVI is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and other elite foundations. Mastercard has stated its commitment to a “World Beyond Cash” and created a suite of services known as “Digital Wellness” to facilitate digital transactions.
