Becoming Middle Class

When is it time for all Americans’ turn at middle-class privilege?

Some of us have been working for three, four, five, or six generations trying to escape poverty, but just as we near the top of the poverty hole and are peeping over the edge into the middle class, lawbreakers barge in and step on us and usurp our turn, our dream, and push us right back, taking our middle-class promise. It’s not fair. We are law-abiding citizens. We deserve middle-class stature; we have paid the dues in blood and sweat.  

And for invaders, breaking the law is not enough: They tell us how to run our country. It is in no way their country, they should have no say. They are lawbreakers.
