The Marxist Playbook
An old adage familiar to football fans is that a coach should keep using the plays that work. In his short book How the Communist Manifesto Threatens Our Freedom Today, the late Arthur R. Thompson, former CEO of The John Birch Society, makes the case that communists, by whatever name they are called, are still using the same playbook they have used since the inception of their conspiracy to impose a one-world, socialist, totalitarian dictatorship.
As Thompson puts it, Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto “still serves as a primer for the communist movement around the world.”
The Manifesto lists 10 major steps for communizing a country, and Thompson notes that two of these steps were “established into law in the United States just after the turn of the 20th century: the income tax and the Federal Reserve, or national bank.”
