Raising Red Flags Over Beijing

This slim volume is chock full of an abundance of truth as our nation looks at an enemy whose eyes are locked in open warfare against us while all too many on this side are seemingly undiscerning or looking the other way. To his credit, the author is scrutable at a time when highbrowed folks insist Beijing is inscrutable. “I have never,” he writes, “taken the claims of Chinese Communists at face value.” He generally looks at actions, not words, and when our adversaries start covering up, he recognizes that they are up to no good.

The title notwithstanding, what is delivered in these pages are seven things (and many more subtopics) that really should be said about Communist China. And they should be reiterated forcefully and widely. These follow, also serving as chapter titles: China 1) is an evil empire; 2) is preparing for war; 3) is waging economic world war; 4) has infiltrated our society; 5) has infiltrated our government; 6) is coming for our kids; and 7) could win.

Adding to clarity, readers get workmanship without bureaucratic shoptalk. The style is forthright. The messages are straight to the point. And, if for some reason you do not agree with some point, it won’t be because an ambiguous thesis was bafflingly cryptic.
