Former state Senator Patrick Colbeck filed a formal Request for Investigation of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) in October. His request included allegations of bribery, and it cited seven times that Michigan courts have had to force Benson to comply with election laws.
