The evidence is finally coming out. The “Russian Collusion” hoax, which has dominated news cycles for nearly a decade and which was used to hamstring and sabotage President Donald Trump’s first term, was a colossal “treasonous conspiracy” that involved former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, and others.

Yes, what was previously dismissed as “conspiracy theory” is proving to be conspiracy fact. The rollout of the evidence began on July 18 with the bombshell announcement by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard of the release of documents charging that “President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.”

Gabbard stated:

The issue I am raising is not a partisan issue. It is one that concerns every American. The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people. Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic.

Gabbard released 114 pages of declassified documents and announced she was turning over this and additional information to the Department of Justice “to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.” “No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again,” she declared.

She followed up her July 18 document release with additional sensational evidence releases and media statements, and her revelations concerning the Obama/Deep State coup conspiracy against President Trump have been augmented by releases of newly declassified documents from Congress. All this movement is the culmination of an executive memorandum signed by President Trump on March 25, 2025, titled “Immediate Declassification of Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation.”

The Fake Intel Assessment

The initial core of the conspiracy was the fabrication of a phony Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that would falsely claim that Russia — at the behest of Vladimir Putin — used its intelligence capabilities to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election in favor of Donald Trump. Not only was that a lie, but Clapper, Brennan, and Comey further deceived Congress and the American public by claiming that the bogus ICA represented the consensus of all agencies of the U.S. Intelligence Community. Joe Biden, the Democrats, the never-Trump Republicans, and the leftist media choir all repeated endlessly that “all 17 agencies of the intelligence community” had “unanimously” agreed that Putin wanted Donald Trump, not Hillary Clinton, elected. How could such an unequivocal and overwhelming assessment by our “trusted” intelligence professionals be wrong?

As we reported previously, the phony ICA (ordered by Obama, carried out by Clapper-Brennan-Comey) was a rancid deception from start to finish:

For starters, the “17 intelligence agencies” claim was a lie. Five months later, when Clapper testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 8, 2017, he admitted that it was only four, not all 17, agencies of the Intelligence Community (IC) that participated in the ICA. Moreover, he confirmed that only a couple dozen “hand-picked” analysts from the CIA, NSA, FBI, and his own Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) participated in the ICA. And who hand-picked the participants? Well, Clapper, Brennan, and former FBI Director James Comey, another paragon of prevarication. And, as it turns out, that “hand-picked” selection process was just one of several key protocols violated by the Clapper-Brennan-Comey triumvirate in their rush to produce a fake Intelligence Community Assessment that would whitewash Biden and tarbrush Trump. Additionally, in contravention of standard ICA procedures, it was not reviewed by the other intelligence agencies, did not include dissenting opinions, and relied on the salacious, discredited “Steele dossier” that had been funded by Trump’s opponent (Hillary Clinton) using Russian operatives Igor Danchenko and Olga Galkina.

Of critical importance to this “treasonous conspiracy” was a White House meeting of the National Security Council (NSC) Principals Committee called by President Obama on December 9, 2016. This was one month after Donald Trump’s surprise victory on November 6 and a mere seven weeks before Trump would be inaugurated as president of the United States. Who attended this meeting? Gabbard released a declassified roster from this NSC gathering showing that those in attendance included “James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Brian McKeon, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, and Avril Haines.”

Following the White House meeting, in an email titled “POTUS Tasking on Russia Election Meddling,” Clapper’s assistant sent an email to intelligence chiefs tasking them with the creation of an “assessment per the President’s request.” Clapper’s ODNI led the effort, along with the CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS.

The Infamous “Steele Dossier”

Enter the “Steele dossier,” the centerpiece of the Deep State-contrived conspiracy to overturn the 2016 election and oust Donald Trump from the Oval Office — before he was even officially seated. Everyone who has followed, even casually, the development of this sordid case already knows that the salacious file was actually a political hit piece commissioned by Hil­lary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Clinton and the committee paid “superlawyer” Marc Elias of the Perkins Coie law firm to engage former British intel operative Christopher Steele to fabricate the deepfake documents alleging that Trump was a Putin ally and had been compromised during kinky sexual romps with prostitutes in Moscow.

Clapper, Comey, Brennan, and the “intelligence community” knew the Steele dossier was bogus, but they used it anyway to fraudulently obtain FISA warrants (a criminal offense) to spy on Donald Trump and his associates, as well as to advance their overall false claims that Russia had interfered in the election because Putin favored Trump over Clinton.

Fake-news Censorship Failure

Despite the controlled Fake News media’s efforts to smother the story and divert attention, the damning “Russia Collusion Hoax” exposure gets worse day by day. Since her July 18 revelations, Gabbard has made several additional document releases that, we can hope, will lead to high-level prosecutions. On July 30, for instance, she released 19 pages of a declassified whistleblower report.

“For six years, a senior intelligence official battled political and bureaucratic resistance in efforts to expose the manipulated intelligence behind the Russia collusion hoax,” Gabbard stated. The new documents, she said, “provide a firsthand account of the Intelligence Community Whistleblower’s relentless efforts to expose the egregious manipulation and manufacturing of intelligence.” The whistleblower refused to accept and concur with the January 2017 ICA findings, stating, “I could not concur in good conscience based on information available” that Russia preferred then-candidate Trump in 2016. The whistleblower, Gabbard shows from the documents, made “repeated attempts to report concerns about the false information used in the January 2017 ICA to multiple government officials, including the IC Inspector General.”

There’s much more. Thanks to the persistence of Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the long-hidden “Clinton Annex” to the 2023 report of special counsel John Durham has been declassified and released. Among the documents included therein are damning emails between minions of George Soros and Hillary Clinton neck-deep in plotting.

But wait, there’s more: On July 23, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) Chairman Rick Crawford (R-Ark.) released a 46-page HPSCI report on the bogus ICA fabricated by the Obama-Clapper-Brennan-Comey cabal to tar Donald Trump with the “Russia, Russia, Russia” scam. Like many other documents, the HPSCI report had been classified to keep it bottled up since 2017.

“This report is the final nail in the coffin of the Russia hoax, which has perpetrated the greatest political fraud on the American people for over 8 years and undermined President Trump’s first term in office,” Crawford claimed. But, according to CNN, The New York Times, and The Washington Post, you should not even waste your time looking at this new “disinformation.” Move along, nothing to see here. Their reaction is hardly surprising, given that they have been the indispensable handmaidens of the Deep State cabal in this operation from the get-go. On August 4, Attorney General Pam Bondi escalated the potential for prosecution of members of the conspiracy by ordering the convening of a grand jury.

It is realistically possible we may yet see justice, in the form of prosecution, conviction, and punishment of the criminals who have treasonously carried out this years-long coup against our Constitution and our legitimately elected president.
