Before Bearing Arms Against the Government…
We’ve all seen the memes and related T-shirts reading “The Founders Would Be Shooting by Now.” We’ve all had that conversation about when “by now” might take place and what we would do. But there are two major points to make to help navigate the conversation: 1. Was Covid not enough? and 2. Let’s take a closer look at what the Founders did.
Regarding the first point, the government lockdowns and the forced jab mandate (for some) did quite a bit of damage. But apparently the large number of bankrupted businesses, the deaths due to hospital protocols and the Covid jabs, and the irreparable harm to school-age children weren’t enough to put the above-mentioned bravado into action.
What will it take? When the government shows up at your door and shoots your dog?
