The World Health Organization just announced it has made “ground-breaking progress” on health regulations that it says “have served the world well for the last 20 years.” Unfortunately, what they mean is to give us more of what guided the world through the last “pandemic.” If you enjoyed the Covid lockdowns, the forced jabs, the mask hysteria, and the deadly hospital protocols, you’re going to love the World Health Organization and its bid to takeover global healthcare and pandemic management.
With all we know now about the devastating effects due to government trying to “flatten the curve,” America is in real danger of having an international body of illegitimate government take over healthcare decisions during the next so-called “pandemic.”

A news release from the WHO last week read,
In an historic milestone for global public health, State Parties today agreed in principle on a large, ground-breaking package of amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). These amendments build on over 300 proposals made by countries in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. They set out to improve the ability of countries to prepare for, detect and respond to Public Health Emergencies of International Concern (PHEICs), and will be part of a package to be put forward to the World Health Assembly (WHA). The WHA takes place from 27 May–1 June 2024. Negotiators will meet again next week to wrap up their work on the few remaining issues that need to be finalised.
The IHR, which were first adopted by the World Health Assembly in 1969 and last revised in 2005, were conceived to maximize collective efforts to manage public health events while at the same time minimizing their disruption to travel and trade.
Given that statement, does anyone think that the Covid response by government was a reasonable, respectful, and constitutional example of how the WHO will manage public health events? WHO advocated for all the wrong and unconstitutional methods that led to many atrocities, some of which will continue far into the future, especially the effects of the jabs on an unsuspecting population.
Did you know that one of the WHO’s first projects was to study American garbage cans and garbage dumps in 1948? How did the WHO go from garbage study to now demanding it be put into charge of declaring pandemics and establishing international health regulations?
To understand the proper solution, we must first properly understand the problem. And you won’t hear this anywhere else. The trajectory of the World Health Organization began with its first Director-General, who actually was a medical doctor, unlike the person in charge of the WHO today. Dr. Brock Chisholm was a Canadian doctor who wrote the definition of health for the WHO Constitution. He wrote in 1948, “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
That definition was purposefully written to be as wide-reaching as it can be. Alger Hiss, the first Secretary of the United Nations, who would be convicted as a Communist spy here in the US, endorsed Dr. Chisholm’s definition and the WHO Constitution. He wrote,
The Constitution of the World Health Organization, however, has a far wider basis than that established for the League organization [the League of Nations, which was the precursor to the United Nations, but ultimately failed when the U.S. decided not to join], and embodies in its provisions the broadest principles in public health service to day. Defining health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”, it includes not only the more conventional fields of activity but also mental health, housing, nutrition, economic or working conditions, and administrative and social techniques affecting public health.
Again, the broader the definition, the more opportunity for meddling. American Opinion, the monthly journal that Robert Welch published years before he founded The John Birch Society, carried an article in May 1958 by Dr. J.B. Matthews. He commented on Hiss’s statement by writing,
It would be difficult to imagine any area of human thought or activity — private or public, individual or collective — not covered by the definition of health set forth in WHO’s Constitution. It could only have been dreamed up by a deranged mind bent on establishing a new and terrible tyranny over the lives of men. It is, indeed, a magna carta for unrestricted and global meddling; a limitless grant of power to investigate and legislate on everything from garbage cans to the effects of religion on the mental health of Moslems, Buddhists, Bahaists, Shintoists, Theosophists, and Christians, respectively.
The trajectory from its origins was to increasingly gain control in order to aid in the takeover of independent countries by globalists, internationalists, communists, socialists, and other -ists bent on building world government.
Yet, what stands in the way of this is the will of independent countries to stay sovereign entities. American sovereignty is well-rooted within the Declaration of Independence and the federal Constitution. These founding documents address why governments are instituted; namely, to protect our God-given rights.
Dr. Chisholm delivered a speech in August of 1957, suggesting how to overcome this obstacle. He said,
It is obvious that none of our constitutions was ever designed for the world the way it is now. It was never designed to support and use the United Nations. I think all our constitutions were designed for competition to the death, always with the certainty that warfare lies behind the legislation of all past generations. That is gone. Because that is true, our constitutions, I think without exception anywhere in the world, are obsolete and need to be changed extensively in order to fit this changing world. All our methods of doing business were designed for the same purpose. None of them was designed for mutual cooperation on a world basis for the welfare of mankind.
During that same speech, Dr. Chisholm also described his disdain for national borders and suggested that all of them are “ridiculous.” Dr. Matthews summed up the speech by writing in his article,
Dr. Chisholm then envisioned the day of complete integration of the nations of the world in a global society ruled over by a global government. Movement in this direction has been undertaken by the World Federation for Mental Health, which is an official part of the total WHO apparatus. Said the founder of WHO: ‘One of the early steps toward integration is being taken in this organization, the World Federation for Mental Health, and it has gone a little way.’”
This gives you an idea of how the takeover of healthcare is accomplished: a small step at a time. The term “integration” or “harmonizing” are terms globalists like to use to mask their true intent of building world government, also known as one world government under a New World Order.
Dr. Matthews exposes this intent in his article. He wrote that “the prevailing attitude among the personnel of the United Nations and its agencies … is that working in the UN, WHO, FAO, UNESCO, and UNICEF is working for a burgeoning world government.”
Dr. Matthews also reports on a speech made by Dr. J.C. Flugel at the International Congress of Mental Health, in August 1948. Dr. Flugel said,
Under present-day conditions full mental health is only possible with reference to “one world”. Hence, the emphasis on “world citizenship” which has however been interpreted not so much politically but rather as a spiritual acceptance of world community…. We need new concepts and new symbols around which world loyalties can crystallize.
Dr. Matthews also pointed out that
at the same International Congress on Mental Health, the following official declaration was made: “Principles of mental health cannot be successfully furthered in any society unless there is progressive acceptance of the concept of world citizenship. World citizenship can be widely extended among all peoples through the applications of the principles of mental health.”
World citizenship can only be widely extended upon the applications of replacing allegiance to a nation’s founding principles with the principles of world government. This can be done through coercion, censorship, and deeming mentally unfit anyone who does not agree. Does that sound familiar in today’s cancel culture?
Former FBI agent, the late Dan Smoot, pointed out in his Dan Smoot Report of May 5, 1958, that Dr. Chisholm reveals in his book that the convictions of religious faith, national pride, and “other prejudices” make the average American unsuited for World Citizenship and that steps must be taken to reverse those convictions.
Dr. Chisholm advocated for getting rid of morality and the concept of right and wrong in order to make progress toward world citizenship.
He declared three requirements for preventing war in order to have a peaceful world for all. These are
“a world police force that is ‘prepared to suppress ruthlessly any appeal to force by any peoples in the World,’ a redistribution of wealth, so that all people in the world can live at approximately the same economic level,” [now called equity today], and finally “psychiatric education for all people who show any ‘neurotic tendencies which cause war.’”—which basically amounts to brainwashing children and re-orienting adults toward world government.
All of what we see today has been in motion for so many decades. Children are being brainwashed on the virtues of globalism, while today’s disinformation and misinformation campaigns being undertaken by Big Tech, the United Nations, and its member governments are helping to re-orient today’s society by censoring out the truth with an official narrative that calls “good” evil and “evil” good.
Allowing them to assert any type of control over our way of life is suicide and will kill the great American experiment of freedom.
Remember all the control measures that were being pushed on the public during Covid. The WHO and the EU partnered to roll out digital vaccination IDs to track who had complied with the vaccine mandate. To this day, the WHO website proudly states, “To facilitate free movement within its borders, the EU swiftly established interoperable COVID-19 certificates (entitled ‘EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate’ or ‘EU DCC’).”
“To facilitate free movement within its borders” means freedom to travel was taken away, and the key that was going to unlock this was a recommended needle in your arm and a digital ID containing your personal and medical information, including Covid test results, and recent recoveries from Covid. Added to this were testing requirements just for driving or using train transportation. Those that did not were punished by having to be tested and/or quarantined or were not permitted to travel.
Remember being placed into one of two categories? You ere either vaccinated or unvaccinated regarding the Covid shot. Rights were unconstitutionally pulled as governments shifted into tyranny mode. And also remember how easily that happened. Now, the CDC and the WHO treat Covid like it is just the flu, which it certainly is and always was. Let that sink in. If you cannot trust our own government to protect your rights, what do you think placing the WHO in charge of future “pandemics” will do to your freedom?
Pay attention to what is going on around you. Control is being stripped from individuals and sovereign governments and unconstitutionally given over to world bodies, as well as regional bureaucracy that operates on a level above a nation’s governments. The international health regulations and the upcoming Pandemic Treaty or agreement are merely symptoms of a much larger disease designed to kill sovereignty and undermine and strip away liberties and freedom. The overrun of illegal aliens into many developed countries is another tool designed to break the current governing system and send countries to world bodies for help. Countries are slowly being melded together right in front of you, much like those member states of the European Union. Some EU countries are beginning to catch on. Yet, Mexico President López Obrador exposed the globalist sentiment of building an EU-style North American Union when he said last month,
The important thing here is how to strengthen that integration and commitment that is helpful for the two nations, benefiting the United States and Mexico to strengthen North America and subsequently strengthen the entire American continent, just as in the beginning the European community was created that later became the European Union.
The world has seen these incremental steps, but has not paid attention. The John Birch Society has been warning of these very things since its founding meeting in late 1958.
The truth in time is that forces have been conspiring for many generations against free people around the world to usher in socialism, communism, internationalism, and globalism. These forces attack moral principles and turn the population into government dependents. They take God out of everything. They diminish citizen responsibility. They attack rights, and they get elected officials to ignore the concept of limited government. They build the halls of world government one small step at a time. We are now in such a precarious situation that the Biden administration will likely find nothing wrong with unconstitutionally signing an agreement that must either go through the U.S. Senate to be ratified as a treaty or through Congress to be legislated into law.
Thankfully, there are some U.S. Senators that have stood up and fired a warning shot. On May 2,
U.S. Senators Bill Cassidy, Ron Johnson, and the entire Senate Republican Conference called for the Biden administration to withdraw its support for two international agreements being considered at this month’s World Health Assembly (WHA) that would grant greater authority to the dysfunctional World Health Organization (WHO) and potentially weaken United States sovereignty.
Some of the over 300 proposals for amendments made by member states would substantially increase the WHO’s health emergency powers and constitute intolerable infringements upon U.S. sovereignty.

That’s on the federal level. On the state level, legislatures are beginning to recognize that the states did not delegate the power of healthcare to the federal government, so the states are pushing back ahead of time to let the Biden administration know that the WHO and the United Nations have no jurisdiction or power within the state and they will refuse to comply with an unconstitutional agreement.
