You can certainly tell it’s election season. A time for candidates to make many promises they can’t or won’t deliver, and a time for big government to try to prove its worth, almost like it’s some sort of audition trying to make their guy look good.
A case in point, bird flu is back, and big government is trying very hard to prove to you that it knows what it’s doing and that you should listen and obey — no matter of its track record with Covid. We’ll dive into this today and help you connect the dots to its end game and what you can do about it. All in today’s episode of Analysis Behind the News.

Just over a week ago, Americans found out that bird flu had infected some older dairy cows in Kansas and Texas. Then last week, we were told that an employee working at a dairy farm caught bird flu from an infected cow. The worker’s symptoms appeared to be nothing more than redness in his eyes.
So far, the infected cows have only exhibited the symptoms of “decreased lactation and low appetite,” according to USA Today. It quoted USDA officials who wrote, “there is ‘no concern about the safety of the commercial milk supply or that this circumstance poses a risk to consumer health.’”
Even the Texas State Ag Commissioner said, “It’s not a big problem.”
They [the cows] have a mild illness that lasts about a week, and then they’re back in the milking barn and we’re [sic] doing fine,” he said.
Overall, it seems rather innocuous. And then the rest of the news headlines kick in.
The Daily Mail published this doozy of a headline, “’This could be 100 times worse than Covid’: Bird flu warning from scientists who say HALF of infections with H5N1 in people are fatal — as White House says it’s ‘monitoring’ the situation”
However, despite its clickbait headline, the Daily Mail did write, “But others attending the briefing said it was too early to panic because there were still too many unknowns about recent cases to warrant sounding the alarm.
A White House representative said today it was tracking bird flu in the U.S., adding: ‘We take the health and safety of the American people seriously.’”
It reported online, “Speaking at a briefing, virus researchers said the H5N1 strain of bird flu may now be getting ‘dangerously close’ to triggering a pandemic.”
Adding to this fear porn, The Wall Street Journal published, “Bird Flu Spreads to Cattle, Raising Fears on Farms.”
Time magazine asked, “Is It Safe to Eat Eggs and Chicken During the Bird Flu Outbreak?”
And NPR did a segment on “What the CDC is doing to monitor and protect against bird flu.”
But as some others have pointed out, this bird flu strain has been with us since the late 1950s. The way governments around the world have decided to handle it is to kill off the infected birds and all others in their flock. Despite these efforts, and after many millions of dead chickens and turkeys, the flu is still here.
American farmer, lecturer, and author Joel Salatin suggested last year during a bird flu outbreak that “questioning the orthodox narrative is more important than ever.”
Writing for the Brownstone Institute, he posted, “If thinking people learned only one thing from the covid pandemic, it was that official government narratives are politically slanted and often untrue. In this latest HPAI outbreak, perhaps the most egregious departure from truth is the notion that the birds have died as a result of the disease and that euthanasia for survivors is the best and only option.”
Exactly. Government narratives are usually untrue. An example last week proved this. The FDA was finally forced to take down its infamous social media posts about ivermectin based on a court settlement brought by doctors claiming it interfered in their practice of medicine, according to The Epoch Times.
As we pointed out during a recent presentation, in about four years, the Covid pandemic went from a killer virus to just another respiratory illness. Had government gotten out of the way and let the virus naturally work its way through the population, it certainly wouldn’t have taken four years, and the world wouldn’t have to deal with all the negative effects brought on because of government action, including the bankruptcy of millions of businesses and lost jobs, the lost educational years for public school children, increased depression, suicide, and serious adverse reactions to the Covid shots, including many who died from it and others who will continue to experience unknown longtime effects.
It’s time to re-examine the government narrative and its solutions regarding bird flu. As Mr. Salatin wrote at Brownstone, “The policy of mass extermination without regard to immunity, without even researching why some birds flourish while all around are dying, is insane. The most fundamental principles of animal husbandry and breeding demand that farmers select for healthy immune systems. We farmers have been doing that for millennia. We pick the most robust specimens as genetic material to propagate, whether it’s plants, animals, or microbes.”
He suggested a three-part solution.
1. Stop killing the entire flock. Save the survivors and breed them. Let the virus run its course.
2. Increase hygiene and focus on optimizing flock size. He stated that all animals have optimal herd and flock sizes. It’s best to follow nature on this one.
3. Treat chickens like chickens and let them live in fresh pasture.
This is a prime example of how government operates. It does not reason. It does not produce. It does not manufacture. It subsists on forced taxes. It knows only force, and in the case of bird flu, it is only too willing to use that force to take over and control a farmer’s property rights until the bird flu is gone. Up to and after that point, the only way it manages bird flu is through widespread testing, another invasion of rights.
Nowhere in the Constitution is it found empowering the federal government to do this.
While this is focused on poultry and now includes dairy cows, one could make the argument that it has already done the same with people. Covid and the shots have culled millions of people from the world’s herd. Many of the so-called experts got it wrong and continue to do so. From the hospital protocols that killed so many to those that are advocating for censorship and terminating the licenses of those that promote common sense and prescribe existing medicines, power is being consolidated into the hands of the few. Those dissenting are being punished. Perhaps you’re one of them.
The World Health Organization and the United Nations are taking steps to consolidate that power into the hands of international government. The Pandemic Treaty will cede various decisions about pandemic emergencies from Americans to those unaccountable and unelected at the WHO. At the end of this month, the final draft is scheduled to be released.
Although all treaties have to be ratified by the U.S. Senate as required by the Constitution, early indications are that the treaty is being written as an agreement that can bypass the Senate. Yet, what does the first sentence of the Constitution declare? That all legislative powers are vested in Congress. For the agreement to become law, it must first go through Congress. Of course, the WHO could just follow a page from the UN’s playbook, which is to go directly to the states and get them to sign on, bypassing Congress.
Since President Biden and his administration have shown no qualms about ignoring Constitutional law, we can be sure that they will aid this process of forcing the treaty’s details onto the American people. So we must block this on every level using the means of nullification at the county and state levels.
