Sergei Naryshkin, director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), stated that Russian dissident Alexei Navalny died of natural causes.
In response to a question asking if Navalny was killed, Naryshkin stated, “I don’t think this was some kind of special plan, but unfortunately, people have a peculiarity: sooner or later life ends, they die. Navalny died a natural death, yes,”
Navalny died last month at former Gulag penal colony FKU IK-3, in Kharp, Russia, while serving a 19-year prison sentence on extremism-related charges, and was buried last Friday in Moscow.
