Following a podcast with Elon Musk yesterday, Joe Rogan announced he is endorsing former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. Trump and Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) made appearances on Rogan’s The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, with Trump’s appearance receiving more than 45 million views, and Vance’s receiving over 14 million views on YouTube. Rogan announced his endorsement last night, stating on X:
The great and powerful @elonmusk . If it wasn’t for him we’d be fucked. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump. Enjoy the podcast
Musk argued the 2024 presidential election “will be the last real election” if Trump does not win, stating Democrats will legalize the estimated 15 to 20 million illegal immigrants living the U.S.:
If Trump doesn’t win, this will be the last real election in America and we will, if the Kamala, if the … Kamala puppet machine wins they will legalize illegals in the swing states, there will be no swing states, every election going forward will be a guaranteed Democrat win, and it’ll actually be worse than California.
The reason it’ll be worse than California is because the one thing that keeps California from being super crazy is that you can move out of California like you and I did, you and I used to be in California but we moved to Texas, we’re still in America.
But if the Dems win this election they will legalize enough illegals to turn the swing states and everywhere will be like California there will be no escape. This is the final — this is it, this is the last chance. Go out and vote, vote like your life depends on it, vote like your future depends on it because it does. This is the last chance man.
The endorsement comes after Vice President Kamala Harris did not accept an invitation to Rogan’s studio in Austin, Texas. Rogan said Harris wanted a shortened podcast appearance outside of his studio, stating on X:
Also, for the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast. They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her and they only wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin. My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen.
