An anonymous woman alleges that deceased Wall Street financier Jeffrey Epstein not only raped and trafficked her to other men, but also that he and Ghislaine Maxwell, who is accused of procuring Epstein’s victims, threatened to feed her to alligators if she told anyone about the crimes.

If true, the threats comport with the account of another woman who accused Epstein and Maxwell of rape.

The latest allegations are in yet another lawsuit against Epstein’s estate. But they could add to Maxwell’s legal troubles. On Monday, prosecutors in New York filed two sex-trafficking charges against the British socialite, who was arrested last summer.

The Latest Lawsuit

Though the woman’s birthdate is unknown, the lawsuit says, Doe was about 26 in 2008 when the “rapes, sexual abuse, physical assault, and mutilation” occurred. She had an eight-year-old son at the time. Doe sold real estate in late 2006 when she was introduced to Epstein and Maxwell at a barbeque hosted by her employer.

Epstein, the lawsuit alleges, arranged to rent a property from Doe for $10,000 a month. Maxwell asked Doe to work for Epstein; Doe said no.

Through 2007, Maxwell plied Doe with gifts and promises of highly-placed employment. In early 2008, Doe agreed to work for the rapist. Because Doe is a hairdresser, Maxwell enlisted her to cut his hair at his estate.

That’s when Epstein made his move:

When ushered into his presence, Epstein was completely naked, and he proceeded, with Maxwell’s assistance, to brutally rape Plaintiff and otherwise sexually abuse Plaintiff.

At that time and thereafter, Epstein had firearms in his possession which were in full view and displayed to Plaintiff for the purpose of frightening and intimidating her.

After the rape, Epstein forced Doe to accept his usual $200 payment.

When Doe told the two she would report it to the police and attempted to leave, the lawsuit alleges, “Maxwell purported to call the police herself, and shortly thereafter, two individuals, who claimed to be police officers, arrived and threatened to arrest Plaintiff and charge her with prostitution. They also threatened to take her young son away, and have Plaintiff and/or her son deported.”

After that, the two forced Doe to drive her car and pick her young son and then drive to a hotel in Naples, the lawsuit alleges:

During this travel, Plaintiff was visibly and uncontrollably crying. For the purposes of threatening and persuading Plaintiff from reporting Epstein’s criminal acts against her, Epstein and Maxwell stopped the car at a large body of water that was infested with alligators.

Epstein then ushered the Plaintiff to the body of water and told her in explicit detail that, as had happened to other girls in the past, she would end up in this body of water and be devoured by the alligators, should she ever reveal what Epstein had done to her.

Plaintiff credited this threat, and, until she learned of his death, she feared that Epstein would follow through on this explicit death threat.

After leaving the alligator lake, Epstein and Maxwell proceeded to take Plaintiff and her young son to a hotel in Naples, Florida.

There, over a period of several days, Epstein and Maxwell repeatedly raped and sexually abused Plaintiff, all in the presence of her son.

From January through May, Epstein and Maxwell threatened Doe with deportation, prostitution charges, kidnapping her son, having her arrested for prostitution, and assault and murder.

Epstein also permitted other men to rape Doe, the lawsuit alleges:

Plaintiff was trafficked by Epstein to a number of other men and forced by him to have unwanted sexual relations with such men. Among these other rapists was a heavy set older man who was introduced to Plaintiff as “Walter” and another older man who was identified to Plaintiff as a local judge.…

Throughout these five harrowing months of rape, assault, and being sex trafficked to other men against her will, Plaintiff, who was of youthful appearance, had been admonished by Epstein to lie about her age and claim to be seventeen years old.

In approximately early May 2008, in a particularly appalling act of savagery, Epstein forced Plaintiff to submit to unwanted and unnecessary vaginal surgery, performed, as best Plaintiff can recall, in a wealthy person’s home by a man with a Russian accent, for the ostensible purpose of tightening her vagina and creating the false impression that she was a virgin for a “high profile” client.

Epstein also forced the woman to help traffic minor girls.

Not First Threat

Last year, another Jane Doe told Fox news that Epstein and Maxwell raped her 20 to 30 times, and that Maxwell threatened her:

After the rape, Doe said, a driver with a gun drove her to her home. “I was dumped off in my grandparents yard naked, and was told that I wouldn’t come back alive the next time,” Doe said….

“Ms. Maxwell was a participant, and she made it very clear that I was to keep my mouth shut or harm would come to my family and myself and harm did come to me.
