During a speech on February 18 at the globalist Munich Security Conference, Vice President Kamala Harris implicitly said that the United States and its NATO “allies” would soon start World War III.

The target: Russia, because of its war with Ukraine.

Russia, Harris declared, has committed “crimes against humanity” for which it will be held accountable. She did not say how Russia will be held accountable, but one needn’t have a doctorate in foreign affairs to know.

The implied threat was clear: War is ahead if Russia doesn’t pull out its troops and cease its quest to annex part of eastern Ukraine.

Russian Cruelty

But that war, Harris said, will be Russia’s fault — the result of its “unprovoked war” on Ukraine, an “assault on our common values” and “attack on our humanity.”

Few Americans believe that Russia has attacked their “humanity” or “common values,” which include, for the Biden administration, the promotion of sex perverts to high public office.

But forget that not-insignificant truth, and listen to Harris’ indictment.

“Russian forces have pursued a widespread and systemic attack against a civilian population — gruesome acts of murder, torture, rape, and deportation,” she said:

Execution-style killings, beatings, and electrocution.

Russian authorities have forcibly deported hundreds of thousands of people from Ukraine to Russia, including children. They have cruelly separated children from their families.

And we’ve all seen the images of the theater in Mariupol, where hundreds of people were killed.

Think of the image of the pregnant mother who was killed following a strike at a maternity hospital, where she was preparing to give birth.

Think of the images of Bucha. Civilians shot in cold blood. Their bodies left in the street. The jarring photograph of the man who was riding his bike.

Think of the four-year-old girl who the United Nations recently reported was sexually assaulted by a Russian soldier. A four-year-old child.

Barbaric and inhumane.

As a former prosecutor, Harris said, she knows that facts and evidence must be assembled to make a strong case, and the United States has made it. Thus came the alarming threat, to the applause of the globalist worthies.

“In the case of Russia’s actions in Ukraine, we have examined the evidence,” she continued:

We know the legal standards. And there is no doubt these are crimes against humanity.

The United States has formally determined that Russia has committed crimes against humanity.

And I say to all those who have perpetrated these crimes and to their superiors who are complicit in these crimes: You will be held to account.

In the face of these indisputable facts, to all of us here in Munich: Let us renew our commitment to accountability. Let us renew our commitment to the rule of law.

As for the United States, we will continue to support the judicial process in Ukraine and international investigations, because justice must be served.

Let us all agree, on behalf of all the victims, both known and unknown, justice must be served. Such is our moral interest.

Again, Americans have no “moral interest” in starting yet another war to bring yet another of the Deep State’s “war criminals” to “justice.” But that won’t stop Biden and his globalist puppet masters.

Putin must be stopped, Harris said, to demonstrate “our collective commitment to uphold international rules and norms” established after World War II. Those “norms” included forcibly repatriating between two million and five million refugees to the Soviet Union, and permitting Joseph Stalin to seize Catholic Eastern Europe and build the Warsaw Pact.

“We” must uphold “principles that state that sovereign nations have a right to peacefully exist, that borders must not be changed by force, that there are inalienable human rights which governments must respect, and that the rule of law must be preserved,” Harris continued:

Indeed, this moment has tested our willingness to defend and uphold these rules and norms. And we have remained strong, and we must stay strong. Because if Putin were to succeed with his attack on these fundamental principles, other nations could feel emboldened to follow his violent example. Other authoritarian powers could seek to bend the world to their will through coercion, disinformation, and even brute force. The international order upon which we all rely could be at risk.

Harris did not identify those “authoritarian powers.”

Aid to Ukraine Won’t Stop

Harris also bragged that “we” — NATO and the United States — “have dealt Russia a strategic failure” with an “unprecedented cost.”

In a chin wag after the speech, Harris elaborated by listing the “resources that America has put into everything from ammunition to artillery to air defense, from Stingers to Abram[s] tanks, HIMARS, Javelins.”

HIMARS are truck-mounted multiple rocket launchers. Javelins are shoulder-fired antitank missiles.

In late January, an Army tanker warned that sending tanks to help Ukraine would not help it win the war, but might just provoke Russia into launching a nuclear attack.

“We’re doing everything except physically pulling the trigger,” retired Lt. Col. Daniel Davis averred:

We’re providing intelligence. We’re providing ammunition. We’re providing weapons systems [and] repair facilities, literally everything but the pull of the trigger.

Indeed, the military equipment and strategic and tactical advice that NATO and the United States have provided to Ukraine — including 8,600 Javelin missile systems, 1,600 Stinger missiles, more than 230 howitzers, 59 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 38 HIMARS, millions of rounds of ammunition, and much, much more — are acts of war. Someday, Russian President Vladimir Putin will have had enough.

Given Harris’ bellicose threat to hold Russia “to account,” it might not be long before American boys are dying in Ukraine.
