After a recently circulated “leaked” document went viral on social media, many South Africans are questioning why The Republic of South Africa is registered as a corporation with the Securities Exchange Commission in the United States. Furthermore, this document listed billionaires Johann Rupert and Nicky Oppenheimer as chief executives. This raises a question: Have the supposed “conspiracy theorists” in South Africa been right all along? The South African Republic corporation registration number, CIK#0000932419, was released by Bulawayo and Zimbabwe’s premier online news resource, Buluwayo24, on September 16, 2020. The corporation is also registered twice under the Queen of England (Commonwealth) as a corporation in Washington, D.C. — 0000932419. Afrikaans newspaper Die Burger wrote an article back in 2013 exposing the fact.
Conspiracy theorists have claimed for decades that Nelson Mandela sold South Africa to the globalist elites and that the ANC are employed to “manage” the people. Their job, according to said theorists, is to keep citizens weak and occupied with distractions, thereby suppressing the truth and allowing foreign interests to set the stage for globalist world domination. One could certainly concede to their claim that the globalist-controlled media continue to distort facts as they propagate the ANC’s rise to power as a victory of the oppressed over their oppressors. In addition, it’s fair to suggest that British and American magnates have had their eyes on South Africa ever since the discovery of vast quantities of gold and diamonds in 1860. In fact, until 1989, South Africa produced more than 40 percent of the gold that was mined worldwide — a reality that didn’t go unnoticed by the British forces who attempted to take over the independent South African states in which gold and diamond reserves were located. Furthermore, nearly three quarters of all known strategic mineral reserves for weaponry were found in South Africa.
One could logically deduce that the South African government’s quest for new alliances and trade partners in the ’60s and ’70s posed a threat to the Anglo-American position of world dominance. After all, controlling South Africa’s mineral wealth was imperative in maintaining their position — and in the time following independence in 1961, the Afrikaner government appeared to have no intention of remaining under their control. Trade between South Africa and the United States/Britain began to decline at a rate of approximately 10 percent per decade. The situation was arguably intolerable for the British and American governments and owners of the mining corporations in South Africa. Consequently, it would be illogical not to consider a seemingly obvious response to disempower the South African government.
Interestingly, business journalist Ina Opperman of South African newspaper The Citizen reported on April 7 that Johann Rupert and Nicky Oppenheimer (said chief executives of the RSA) increased their wealth considerably in just one year after contributing to a COVID-19 relief fund — more than making up for the money they’d contributed. According to Forbes, their wealth is equivalent to the cumulative wealth of the poorer 50 percent of South Africa’s population. At this point it should be mentioned that in 1965, Prime Minister Hendrik Verwoerd issued an investigation into South African monopolies and cartels that were controlled by the Rupert and Oppenheimer families.
On March 7, 2013, the Ubuntu Liberation Movement published an interesting piece titled “Republic of South Africa Corporation Listing — Corporations Cannot Force Their Rules upon People.” This is an excerpt:
Our constitution is the constitution of THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA a corporation, not the land of South Africa. Therefore the constitution protects the rights of the corporation, not the human rights of the people, who are living breathing human beings who live in the land of South Africa. This is so twisted and perverted that most people simply run away from this information — and this is exactly the kind of ignorance they feed on….
In the unlawful courts that have claimed authority over us, our so-called independent judiciary is part of the corporation RSA, the judges are appointed by its CEO — the President; the judges are paid by the corporation to uphold the laws made by the corporation RSA.
At the time, it seems only Afrikaans news publications such as Die Burger picked up on this. It seems the mainstream English media chose to ignore it.
At this time, President Cyril Ramaphosa is being targeted for what many believe is the result of not declaring a state of emergency in July — and for not successfully rolling out mandatory COVID-19 vaccines. The masses are being led to believe that Adriaan Fondse, who heads up World Martial Authority, is taking back our country from the New World Order without considering that he chairs the Pan-African Oversight Committee that is part of the African Union. It seems that Justice Mogoeng may have been responsible for the recent WhatsApp audio in which he warned about the global elite behind Cyril Ramaphosa.
