Kamalush? Rumor: VP Harris Has a Serious Drinking Problem

Kamala Harris is known among many for word salads, bizarre cackling, odd bodily movements during speeches and, in recent times, refusing to do press conferences and interviews. Most had chalked this behavior up to incompetence and lacking ability, too. But now another explanation has come to light:

Harris, a rumor holds, has a serious alcohol problem.

In fact, relates one observer, sources close to the candidate “suggest that her aides are struggling to manage her sobriety.” This explains her schedule of limited “pre-arranged rallies” and why she often “appears intoxicated upon disembarking from flights.”

It would also explain something else: Harris’s reportedly erratic, abusive behavior toward staff. This includes berating underlings, continual profanity, and, bizarrely, forbidding junior staff from looking her in the eye. As someone I know mentioned, this prohibition makes sense if Harris’s eyes reflect inebriation, being bloodshot, glossy, and vacant.

By the way, the information about Harris’s boss-from-Hell status comes from a longtime Democrat.

Kamalush?

The rumors about Harris’s alleged alcoholism have been swirling for a while, reports American Thinker (AT). But a weekend tweet (below) from Trump campaign insider James Blair broke the story wide open.

Comments on the matter then exploded. “According to reports,” writes AT, unable to keep her away from the booze, staffers’ “only option is to try to keep her away from the microphone” (relevant tweets below).

Not surprisingly, the Democrats’ crack public relations team, aka mainstream media, swung into action, circling the wagons to defend Harris. Newsweek is a good example. It claims there’s no evidence “to support the [alcoholism] allegations, which are being pushed by Trump’s allies across social media.” The site then called the story “unsubstantiated.”

We’ve heard this before, repeatedly. The mainstream media claimed not only that the Hunter Biden laptop story was unsubstantiated, but that it was “Russian disinfo.” Except it wasn’t, as even The New York Times would eventually concede after some investigation. Quite conveniently, though, this only happened after the 2020 election — when the Truth could no longer influence the vote.

No Evidence?

That there was no “evidence” was a lie then, and it’s likewise untrue with the Kamalush story, notes AT. What’s Exhibit A? As AT writes:

[B]ased on life experience, ordinary people are perfectly capable of telling whether someone has had too much to drink.

The internet is awash in clips of Kamala’s bizarre affect, such as her strange, elliptical speech, her manic, inappropriate cackle, her constantly wiggling body, and her weird, unfocused hand movements.

AT then presented a number of illustrative videos (below).

The below clip is particularly telling, and perhaps chilling. For the angry, hostile, threatening, behind-the-scenes Harris appeared to bubble to the surface.

And here’s one more video:

Seek and Ye Shall Find

Of course, we don’t know for sure what explains this behavior. Maybe Harris is drinking, or maybe she’s just a bizarre individual with some intellectual defect. For sure, however, is that this is precisely what happened with Joe Biden.

Regular Americans could see the signs of dementia. They witnessed the confusion, inability to articulate himself, forgetfulness, stiff gait, and falling. Despite this, the entire establishment, media included, gaslighted America. “Joe is sharp as a tack,” they told us. “Pay no attention to the ‘disinformation,’ to the decrepit old man behind the curtain.

But when they’re hiding a candidate, whether Biden before or Harris now, it’s because they’re hiding something. And, no, there’s no court-of-law-level evidence currently proving what ails Harris. But it’s the media’s job to seek the evidence — to determine if there’s “there” there or just hot air. They see the smoke, Harris’s behavior; it’s their duty to find the fire, whatever it may be.

Her Staff Sure Got Burned

In light of this new story, too, an older story perhaps takes on new significance. Mentioned earlier, it was related by a lifelong Democrat and ex-office-holder named Terry McAteer.

Coming from a Democratic family — McAteer’s father was a San Francisco supervisor — the Democratic partisan wrote in 2019 about what transpired when his son, Gregory, decided to follow him into politics and got an internship at Harris’s attorney general’s office. Here’s the relevant portion of McAteer’s article, describing Harris’s behavior, as reported in The Union:

Senator Harris vocally throws around “F-bombs” and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others. The staff is in complete fear of her and she uses her profanity throughout the day.

As Attorney General, Senator Harris instructed her entire staff to stand every morning as she entered the office and say, “Good Morning General.”

Never once during the month-long internship did Harris introduce herself to our son (as he was only in an office with 20 paid employees) and staff was too intimidated by her to introduce him.

… Gregory was also given instructions to never address Harris nor look her in the eye as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members.

Let’s Hope She Is Drunk

Don’t “look her in the eye”? Such a prohibition might’ve typified an ancient potentate, a Chinese emperor or Egyptian pharaoh who fancied himself a god. From a modern politician, it’s at least as scary, too.

And to echo tweeter Joshua Steinman, the most flattering explanation for such behavior would be drunkenness. If Harris is simply worried that underlings might see she’s wasted, she at least then may not be dangerously narcissistic. The totality of her behavior, however, is still troubling — drunk or sober.

As for “evidence,” how much do you think the mainstream media would require if Donald Trump were pulling a Harris?
