Hours after GOP candidate Nikki Haley dropped out of the race for the presidential nomination, presumptive nominee Donald Trump challenged President Joe Biden to an immediate debate.

Biden’s campaign operatives pooh-poohed the idea, and a day later, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre wouldn’t say whether Biden would attend the debates already scheduled for later this year.

Yet Biden shill Joe Scarborough, the co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe with Mika Brzezinski, says that Biden is the “best ever” as far as his intellectual capacity, a statement that does not comport with reality.

But if true, then Biden’s press secretary wouldn’t have been reluctant to answer the question: Will Biden debate Trump?

Trump: Debate Now!

After Haley quit the race, pursuant to the Super Tuesday slaughter, Trump took to his social-media outlet, Truth Social.

“It is important, for the Good of our Country, that Joe Biden and I Debate Issues that are so vital to America, and the American People,” Trump wrote:

Therefore, I am calling for Debates, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANYPLACE! The Debates can be run by the Corrupt DNC, or their Subsidiary, the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD). I look forward to receiving a response. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Biden’s people were less than enthused, The Hill reported.

“I know Donald Trump’s thirsty for attention and struggling to expand his appeal beyond the MAGA base — and that’s a conversation we’ll have at the appropriate time in this cycle,” campaign communications chief Michael Tyler told The Hill. “But if he’s so desperate to see President Biden in prime time, he doesn’t have to wait!”

Trump, Tyler said, should tune into Biden’s State of the Union address.

In February, Trump said he wanted to debate Biden “immediately.” Replied Biden, “He’s got nothing else to do.”

Maybe, but Fox News’ Steve Doocy pressed Jean-Pierre during yesterday’s White House presser.

“Now that the field is down to two, is President Biden going to commit to a debate with Donald Trump? Doocy asked.

“That’s something for the campaign to speak to,” she replied.

Noting that the time and places for the debate are set, Doocy pressed on. “Is he going to go?” he asked.

“You should speak to the campaign,” she repeated.

Doocy didn’t give up:

Doocy: In 2020, once it got down to one on one, Joe Biden said, “I can hardly wait to debate him.” How about now?

Jean-Pierre:  I’m going to sound like a broken record. You should reach out to the campaign.

Doocy: Why is this a campaign thing?

Jean-Pierre: Because it’s an election. It’s a debate for the 2024 presidential election.

Doocy: I’m not asking what argument he is going to make

Jean-Pierre: You need to talk to the campaign.

And what about Biden’s “age and acuity” Doocy continued. “Do you think that it is going to quiet concerns about the President’s age and acuity if he decides not to debate?”

Jean-Pierre: What I can say about that is: I’m not talking about the debate. That’s something for the campaign to speak to. I’m not going to speak about that.

To your — to your question about age, I think I sort of answered that. I mean, you know, you’re going to see the State of the Union tomorrow. You’re going to hear the President lay out his plans. You’re going to hear the President — a president who has had a successful three years of progress — still a lot more work to be done but a progress nonetheless — and how he’s going to build on that.

Scarborough: Biden’s on Top of His Game

Jean-Pierre’s boilerplate Biden propaganda can be excused; she’s the president’s mouthpiece for the pro-Biden media.

Scarborough, though, jumped his tracks. Super Tuesday morning, the former GOP congressman derailed into what Newsbusters rightly called a “mind-boggling” disquisition.

“There’s such a, there’s such a challenge for the Biden team. Because, as I’ve said here on the show over the past couple — I’ve spent a good bit of time with Joe Biden,” Scarborough said. “I’ve spent a couple of hours with Joe Biden, sitting, talking, going around the world as far as talking issues, talking the economy, talking inflation, talking.”

Scarborough continued, as if Biden — who shakes hands with imaginary people — were a composite of Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger at the peak of their intellectual powers.

“And I must say, when I was talking to him, my thought wasn’t, oh, poor guy,” Scarborough continued:

My thought was, oh, my God, I wish Dr. [Zbigniew] Brzezinski were on the other side of the table right now, cause these two guys — I mean, 50 years of experience, and Joe Biden hasn’t forgotten it. He may get pissed off at a press conference, and he may be thinking about the Mexican border deal and say Mexico instead of Egypt. He knows what he’s talking about, he circles back around, gets to Egypt. He might misplace a word here or there.

Zbigniew Brzezinski was Mika’s father and President Jimmy Carter’s national security advisor.

Scarborough wasn’t finished. Not a thing is wrong with 81-year-old Biden, born 12 days before Enrico Fermi and his team harnessed the atom

But you talk to him for hours at a time. Is he slower? Does he move slower? Yeah, he moves slower. Is he stiffer? Yeah, he moves stiffer. Does he have trouble walking sometimes? Yeah, so did FDR.…

But comparing that guy’s mental state — I’ve said it for years now: he’s cogent. But I undersold him when I said he was cogent. He’s far beyond cogent. In fact, I think he’s better than he’s ever been intellectually, analytically. Because he’s been around for 50 years and, you know, I don’t know if people know this or not, Biden used to be a hot head. Sometimes that Irishman would get in front of the reasoning. Sometimes he would say things he didn’t want to say. This is — and, and, I don’t — you know what? I don’t really care.

Start your tape right now, because I’m about to tell you the truth. And f-you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever. Not a close second. And I’ve known him for years. The Brzezinskis have known him for 50 years. If it weren’t the truth, I wouldn’t say it.

Biden Has Dementia

A man of Scarborough’s intelligence obviously cannot believe what he said, given that he sees what everyone else sees: a man in severe cognitive decline:

  • Special Counsel Robert Hur did not prosecute Biden for mishandling documents because a jury would perceive him as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” Biden forgot the date of his son’s death and angrily said it was none of Hur’s business after Hur released his report.
  • Biden said his son Beau, who died of brain cancer at Walter Reed Military Medical Center in 2015, died in Iraq. Biden falsely claimed he “helped desegregate restaurants and movie theaters.” He also falsely claimed he was a long-haul truck driver.
  • Biden exhibits impulsive, bizarre behavior.
  • Biden rages at staff members and reacts angrily to questions he doesn’t like.
  • Biden confused his wife and sister.
  • A retired pediatric neurosurgeon said Biden has dementia, and a White House staffer has confessed that Biden is declining.
  • During his 2020 campaign for president, Democrats worried that Biden had dementia.

Faulty memory, false memories, impulsive anger, and other behaviors are dementia symptoms.

The debates are set for September 16 at Texas State University, September 25 at Lafayette College, October 1 at Virginia State University, and October 9 at the University of Utah.

If Biden’s a no-show, everyone will know why.
