On March 7, 2021, President Joe Biden signed the innocuously titled “Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting.”
But it wasn’t so innocuous after all.
For the last three years, the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project reports, federal bureaucrats have worked with radical leftists to rig the 2024 election, most likely with a massive ballot-harvesting effort.
The Order
The rigging began when Biden commanded federal agencies to register voters, particularly blacks and prison inmates.
“For generations, Black voters and other voters of color have faced discriminatory policies and other obstacles that disproportionally affect their communities,” Biden wrote:
These voters remain more likely to face long lines at the polls and are disproportionately burdened by voter identification laws and limited opportunities to vote by mail. Limited access to language assistance remains a barrier for many voters. People with disabilities continue to face barriers to voting and are denied legally required accommodations in exercising their fundamental rights and the ability to vote privately and independently. Members of our military serving overseas, as well as other American citizens living abroad, also face challenges to exercising their fundamental right to vote.
Thus, he continued, federal agencies must “expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” Agency heads and their bureaucratic underlings must forget their jobs and provide the means for voters to register “through agency materials, websites, online forms, social media platforms, and other points of public access — about how to register to vote, how to request a vote-by-mail ballot, and how to cast a ballot in upcoming elections.”
The agencies must distribute voter registration forms and provide access to online registration systems, and must also help would-be voters complete registration forms and vote-by-mail ballot application forms.
Yet another directive was “soliciting and facilitating approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations.”
Biden ordered time off for federal employees to vote. Agency heads were to ensure that employees can “serve as non-partisan poll workers or non‑partisan observers, particularly during early or extended voting periods.”
The attorney general would ensure that federal prison inmates register to vote and that “educational materials” were distributed to inmates leaving custody.
Demos
In August 2021, an email from inside the U.S. Department of Agriculture discussed a “Demos” meeting to discuss the order, Heritage revealed. Federal bureaucrats, the email said, began working with the all-but-openly communist outfit once chaired by Democratic Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren’s daughter.
Demos is “a movement-oriented think tank committed to racial justice,” its website says. “Through research, litigation, strategic communications, and deep partnerships with grassroots organizations across the country, we build power with and for Black and brown communities.” A deeply racialist, anti-American organization, it is also committed to “empower[ing] Black and brown leaders and communities as decision-makers, beneficiaries, and a key element of collective power.”
What would happen if a group wanted to “build power with and for white communities” need not be asked. But that aside, Influence Watch describes Demos rather more honestly:
Demos advocates for substantial left-wing changes to the sociopolitical system in the United States. The organization emphasizes three areas of commitment: voting rights expansion, a hybrid environmentalist-left agenda it calls “pathways to ensure a diverse, expanded middle class in a new, sustainable economy,” and advocacy for communitarianism and a liberal interpretation of racial equality.…
Demos has close ties to the wing of the progressive movement and Democratic Party led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Warren’s daughter serves as Demos board chair, and the organization’s blog hailed Warren’s leadership of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the launch of her U.S. Senate campaign in 2011.
Thus did Heritage Oversight write on X: “The rigging of the 2024 election is well underway.”
“Demos estimates that this taxpayer funded political operation can register 3 million new ‘voters,’ or add that many unaccountable mail-in-ballots to the flooded system,” the Heritage thread continued. “A perfect recipe for fraud for ballot harvesters.”
Demos published a fact sheet to explain that 3 million “can be achieved if agencies that have already made strong public commitments related to voter registration and voting access follow through on their commitments, and those who have not yet committed to high-impact activities make and swiftly follow through on such pledges.”
The Internal Revenue Service, The Indian Health Service, the Interior and Veterans departments, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services would register some 1.8 million voters in person.
The Education and Health and Human Services departments would register the rest remotely.
The goal: “To make registration and voting more accessible for millions of Americans, including many communities historically excluded from the political process.”
Translation: Steal the 2024 election with a massive ballot-harvesting campaign and a hurricane of bogus mail-in ballots, and by instructing the newly registered “voters” to vote for Joe Biden or the Democratic nominee.
Controlled by Radical Leftists
Hardly committed to “democracy,” Demos is a nest of subversive radical leftists. One is tightly linked to Hungarian communist billionaire George Soros.
Board of Trustees member Cliff Albright, executive director of the Black Voters Matter Fund, was a 2020 Soros Equality Fellow. Demos brags that Albright was “arrested five times while engaging in non-violent civil disobedience.”
One of its board members is pro-abortion extremist Naomi Aberly, Heritage observed, “a regular promoter of fanatical agitprop” who claimed that Republican Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson is a “traitor” and that Donald Trump plans to “overthrow democracy.”
