President Joe Biden’s severe cognitive decline is no longer a matter of debate, which means he either must resign the presidency, or his Cabinet must invoke the 25th Amendment and remove him from office.
The proof is in the great gobs of gibberish he spews, but which few in the leftist mainstream media or Democrat Party care to discuss. The national security concerns alone suggest the obvious.
Last week, Biden blew a fuse during a town hall with CNN’s Don Lemon. Yesterday, he uttered what could be the most bizarre remark of his presidency, although he still has three years to top it.
The remark concerned personal cleanliness.
Immigration Question
Biden’s latest departure from reality occurred yesterday as he approached a group of reporters. “Does immigration need to be in reconciliation?” a reporter asked. “A pathway for citizenship?”
As POTUS approached his adoring fans, he appeared to utter this: “My butt’s been wiped.”
The worthies of the Fourth Estate giggled.

“There needs to be a pathway to citizenship whether it needs to be in immigration remains to be seen,” Biden continued. But that too was nonsense. The only place for a “pathway to citizenship,” leftist code for illegal-alien amnesty, is “in immigration.”
Martha Nagle of ABC News covered Biden’s gaffe in her tweet about the moment. “He appeared to mean reconciliation,” she wrote.
Democrats hope to use the reconciliation process to pass a budget bill that includes an amnesty.
Nagle didn’t mention Biden’s off-the-wall remarks about the hygiene of his nether region, or even that he said something else unintelligible.
Cognitive Test Needed
After Biden’s disastrous town hall, former White House physician and U.S. Representative Ronny Jackson of Texas told Fox talker Sean Hannity that Biden’s a brick short of a full load.
“Something’s going on here,” he told Hannity. “I was saying this when he was candidate Joe Biden, and I’ve been saying that it’s only going to get worse. And guess what? We’re watching that happen right before our eyes right now.”
Jackson wanted to know why all those who demanded that President Trump take a cognitive test don’t demand the same of Biden.
Continued Jackson, who took care of presidents Obama and Trump:
There’s something seriously going on with this man right now. And you know I think that he’s either going to — he’s either going to resign, they’re going to convince him to resign from office at some point in the near future for medical issues or they’re going to have to use the 25th Amendment to get rid of this man right now.…
[I]f you’re a cabinet member right now … secretary of defense or secretary of treasury or his attorney general, you have to be looking at him right now and thinking to yourself like what is going on? Can I take direction from this man right now?…
[T]his is a national security issue at this point.
Indeed, one does wonder what happened to all those who discussed removing Trump from office because he, supposedly, wasn’t up to the job. Trump was not, they falsely claimed, in full possession of his faculties.
In 2019, Justice Department officials “discussed the president’s capacity and the possibility he could be removed from office under the 25th Amendment,” a top official wrote in a memorandum.
That discussion, leftist lawyer Alan Dershowitz said, amounted to an attempted coup.
As for the town hall, Biden was lost and probably sundowning, a symptom of dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
When Lemon asked Biden when 12-year-olds will be permitted to receive the China Virus vaccination, Biden’s couldn’t answer coherently:
And the question is whether or not we should be in a position where you are — why can’t the experts say we know that this virus is, in fact — is going to be — or, excuse me — we know why all the drugs approved are not temporarily approved, but permanently approved. That’s underway, too. I expect that to occur quickly.
After that, Biden got lost again. “You got the vaccination?” he asked a stone-faced Lemon:
Are you okay? I mean, you seem…. No, it works. Or you, you know — or the mom and dad, or the neighbor, or when you go to church, or when you’re — no, I really mean it.
There are trusted interlocutors. Think of the people — if your kid wanted to find out whether or not there were — there’s a man on the moon, or whatever — you know, something, or, you know, whether those aliens are here or not — you know, who are the people they talk to beyond the kids who love talking about it? They go to people they respect, and they say, “What do you think?
