The second night of the Democratic National Convention was not only almost too painful to watch, but also a reminder that Democrats completely lack the self-awareness that stops a person from uttering the ridiculous.

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris said she would bring down the price of groceries as president — despite being vice president now. The obscenely rich Former First Lady Michelle Obama said rich people can’t be trusted. Senator Bernie Sanders, the Vermont socialist, cryptically denounced his own party. 

In keeping with the party’s pushing the mentally ill into positions of prominence, a “trans woman” from New Jersey announced that delegates would vote for Harris, but blew his lines and bashed former President Donald Trump.
