The Biden administration is packed with leftist extremists linked to more than dozen open-borders organizations, revealed a Freedom of Information lawsuit filed by America First Legal.
The list of those linked to the subversive organizations — which seek to help the Democrats change the demographics of the nation in the hope of importing new voters and imposing one-party rule — is linked to AFL’s Woke Wagon compendium of leftists now making public policy.
The termite-like infestation of the federal government by anti-American subversives appears similar to the communist penetration of key bureaucracies in the 1950s.
The List, Naming Names
Most of the subversives burrowed into important jobs are unseen and likely unknown not only to the public but also to GOP legislators charged with keeping an eye on the federal bureaucracy.
The bureau in AFL’s latest FOIA case is the Department of Homeland Security, which is headed by Alejandro Mayorkas, a Cuban immigrant and unindicted visa fraudster.
The revelations are important because Mayorkas’ DHS “has enacted policies resulting in a record number of crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border,” AFL observed:
In December 2023 alone, there were 249,735 illegal border crossings for the month. Almost 47,000 of these illegal migrants were from Venezuela, and around 6,000 were Chinese nationals. Illegal immigrants commit serious crimes at a higher rate than U.S. citizens. Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student, was brutally murdered by a Venezuelan illegal migrant in February of this year. And she is not alone.”
Indeed, Biden “migrants” are raping, killing, and robbing their way across America. And he has flown in almost half-a-million and freed them to colonize the heartland.
Among the open-borders organizations from which the administration recruited its busy hive of subversives are these, AFL reported:
- American Immigration Council
- Amnesty International USA
- Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI)
- Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)
- Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC)
- L.A. Justice Fund
- Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA)
- National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC)
- National Immigration Law Center (NILC)
- National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA)
- Open Society Foundations
- UnidosUS (formerly the National Council of La Raza)
- United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
These are some of the highlights:
A top extremist in the administration is the chief of staff for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Felicia Escobar Carrillo.
She had been The Beacon Fund’s immigration chief. The Beacon Fund is a leftist investment fund. Before then, her resume shows, she worked for the L.A. Justice Fund, which provides legal representation for illegal aliens trying to stop their deportation.
A special assistant on immigration to President Barack Obama, she toiled for the National Council of La Raza, now called UnidosUS. “Over the years, La Raza has pushed immigration amnesty, opposed workplace enforcement, and fought against even the most basic voter integrity and national security proposals,” AFL noted.
Another open-borders extremist is Bitta Mostofi, senior advisor to the director at USCIS. She worked on immigration for New York City’s former leftist mayor, Bill de Blasio. In that job, “she spearheaded the Access NYC project, which provides taxpayer-funded legal help to illegal immigrants,” AFL noted. “She also led NYC’s efforts to combat the Trump Administration’s immigration policies, including defending DACA in federal court.”
Mostofi might also be a national-security risk. In 2007, she “was an attorney at the Council on American Islamic Relations.” CAIR recently backed Hamas’ October attack on Israel, and as AFL observed, the “FBI has documented the relationships between CAIR and terror groups.” CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror case, federal, court records show.
A third open-borders subversive at USCIS is policy chief Avideh Moussavian, who toiled for the National Immigration Law Center.
Reported AFL:
She challenged Trump’s immigration policies in court, including what she labeled Trump’s Muslim ban. Before joining the Biden Administration, she praised his actions easing immigration enforcement and signed onto a letter addressed to the Biden administration that called Trump’s administration policies “bigoted, racist, and discriminatory” and sought to redesignate Haiti with Temporary Protected Status.
Amanda Baran — since 2007, a government bureaucrat at DHS or USCIS, where she was former chief of policy and strategy until 2023 — thinks that “undocumented women are the lifeblood of our workforce,” AFL reported:
In 2019, she moderated a panel criticizing the Trump Administration’s immigration policies. The organization that hosted the panel, the Open Society Foundations, is a George Soros-funded philanthropic organization that provides grants to other far-left organizations.
She also consulted for the extremist Immigrant Legal Resource (ILRC) Center that believes deportations are “racist.”
Higher up in the administration is Argentinian immigrant Blas Nunez-Neto, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for border and immigration policy. Neto’s portfolio raises the obvious question, as does Mayorkas’, of why immigrants are running U.S. immigration policy.
Aside from helping implement Biden and Mayorkas’ illegal policies, he falsely and risibly said that Biden’s immigration policies are “middle of the road” and has “repeated the Biden Administration’s false claim that DHS has no power to shut down the border.”
Conservative opponents of mass immigration, Neto believes, are “incendiary and verging on hateful.”
Woke Wagon
And that’s only a short list of the subversives to whom Biden has given control of foreign and domestic policy — in this case, immigration.
AFL6s Woke Wagon page offers a list of extremists that are working across the government in every cabinet agency and the White House.
Perhaps Biden’s most dangerous appointee as immigration goes is his DHS chief. Recently impeached for mandating illegal immigration policies such as “paroling” and not deporting deportable illegals, Mayorkas’ fame before landing the top job at DHS came from what should have been a career-wrecking indictment for visa fraud.
As The New American reported after Biden nominated him, citing Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies, when Mayorkas worked at USCIS for Obama, he finagled EB-5 visas for wealthy foreigners linked to top Democrats.
The DHS inspector general found that in three cases, Mayorkas “exerted improper influence in the normal processing and adjudication,” “inserted himself in unprecedented ways,” and “intervened with the career USCIS staff in ways that clearly benefited the stakeholders.”
Were it not for Mayorkas, the three matters “would have been decided differently,” the IG concluded.
Strangely, Mayorkas’ emails and other internal communications went missing.
Mayorkas’ willingness to break the law might explain his willingness to break it now.
