Yet again, another of President Joe Biden’s Haitian “migrants” is charged with a heinous crime. This time, it’s a triple murder in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
And yet again, the killer landed in the country thanks to the former president’s unlawful program to fly unvetted “migrants” directly into the country.
Mackendy Darbouze, 26, police allege, murdered an elderly woman and two small children.
But because Biden and his homeland security secretary, unindicted Cuban visa fraudster Alejandro Mayorkas, flew him into the country, they are accomplices to the crime.
The Murders
Darbouze appeared in court for the first time on Monday, ABC11 in Fayetteville reported.
When city cops answered a 911 call at his home, they say, he “answered the door with blood on his face, hands and pants.”
Cops discovered three bodies: That of 77-year-old Beatrice Desir and those of a 13-year-old and 4-year-old.
“Three other children were also in the home at the time,” the station reported:
Authorities say Darbouze can be seen in the home surveillance footage walking around with a knife. A knife with blood on it was later found in Darbouze’s room, according to investigators.
The mother of the 13-year-old killed in the incident tells ABC11 Darbouze is an adopted relative with more distant ties to their family. He was living in the home with his relatives at the time. Desir was a grandmother to children in the home. …
Darbouze — a Haitian immigrant — spoke out in court saying he was innocent in between using a translator.
Biden Flew Him In
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which lodged a detainer against Darbouze, told Fox News that Biden and Mayorkas flew the murder suspect into the country in July. He was just one of 530,000 such “migrants,” as of September, who were part of the unlawful program to import Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.
Another 813,000 “migrants” had appointments to enter the country through U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s CBP One mobile smartphone application.
President Trump ended both programs. But by then Biden and Mayorkas had permitted thousands of violent criminals to enter the country.
Two other Haitians flown in, Cory Alvarez and Akim Marc Desire, are charged with sex crimes in Massachusetts. Alvarez is accused of raping a 15-year-old disabled girl in Rockland. Desire is accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy in Mansfield.
ICE was forced to track down the two after police ignored detainers to hold them. Authorities had freed Alvarez on a $500 bond. Agents arrested Desire at his court appearance.
Other Releases
The three Haitians are not, of course, the only beneficiaries of the Biden-Mayorkas parole program.
- Venezuelan Biden-Harris “migrant” Jose Ibarra, caught and released at the Southwest border, was convicted of murdering nursing student Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia.
- Venezuelan Biden-Harris “migrants” Franklin Jose Pena Ramos and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, caught and released at the Southwest border, are charged with the murder of Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas.
- Peruvian Biden-Harris “migrant” Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, wanted for 23 murders in his home country, was caught and released at the border and only captured later, when immigration officials finally checked into this past.
- Salvadoran Biden-Harris “migrant” Walter Martinez, caught and released at the Southwest border, pleaded guilty to murdering 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton in Harford County, Maryland. An MS-13 gang member, he was permitted to enroll in high school.
In July, ICE revealed to U.S. Representative Tony Gonzales of Texas that some 677,000 illegal-alien criminals were at large nationwide. Nearly 450,000 were convicted criminals, while nearly 227,000 were criminal suspects.
More than 13,000 were murderers, and another more than 25,000 were sex criminals.
They are the principal targets of President Donald Trump’s mass deportation program.
That aside, it appears certain that immigration authorities and state and local police will be dealing with Biden “migrant” rapists and murderers for the foreseeable future.
