If Sleepy Joe gets his way, your next-door neighbor soon might be an illegal-alien rapist. Or a child molester. Or a murderer.
The latest on Biden’s push for the Great Replacement is that his DHS won’t deport dangerous felons. Documents obtained by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who has sued the Biden regime over its daft immigration policies, show that Biden and his gang will protect more than 8,000 hardened criminals from deportation.
The documents, published by Breitbart, also show that officials will stop deportations and give illegal-alien rapists and murderers the benefit of the doubt if their crimes are “old.” And some crimes, such as driving drunk, are no longer grounds for deportation.
19 Killers, 27 Perverts
“The records reveal that before implementing the orders, top DHS officials reviewed the potential impact on criminal illegal aliens already in federal custody — listing those who would be eligible for deportation as ‘priorities,’ while those unlikely to be deported are classified as “no known priority,” Breitbart reported.

One document is a chart that reveals just what Biden plans to unleash on Americans.
[wpmfpdf id=”126672″ embed=”1″ target=””]Of the more than 14,100 criminal illegal aliens in federal custody, the records show that DHS has no plans to deport about 8,325, including:
19 convicted of homicide
27 convicted of sexual offenses
9 convicted of sexual assault
375 convicted of assault
17 convicted of burglary
9 convicted of commercialized sexual offenses
4 convicted of kidnapping
7 convicted of obscenity
13 convicted of robbery
19 convicted of stealing a vehicle
91 convicted of larceny
A second document explains that an illegal-alien thug won’t be considered a “public safety” threat and slated for deportation unless he fits these categories:
1. Convictions for serious crimes of violence such as murder, rape, arson, robbery, child abuse, domestic violence, kidnapping, human trafficking, gun related charges or serious drug offenses (trafficking/Smuggling).
2. Institutional records indicating a history of violent or assaultive behavior.
3. Well documented gang affiliation or affiliation with a transnational criminal organization.
Biden will protect from deportation illegal aliens who fall into these categories, none of which, apparently, are a “public safety” threat:
[wpmfpdf id=”126671″ embed=”1″ target=””]1. Drug based crimes (less serious offenses), simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions.
2. Where a crime is very old — over 10 years and not the reason for the individuals most recent apprehension.
3. [Certain] prior removals or convictions.
4. Gang tattoos or only loose affiliation in records with gang activity.
Officials will always err on the side of caution, not to protect Americans from dangerous illegal aliens, but instead to protect dangerous illegals from deportation.
“If there is any question as to whether an individual falls into the category of posing a public safety threat, managers should err on the side of caution and postpone the individual’s removal until a full assessment, in coordination with local Office of Chief Counsel, is conducted,” the document says:
If there isn’t sufficient time to determine whether an individual was convicted of an aggravated felony or poses a public safety risk, the individual shall be removed from the manifest until such time as the review is completed.
In late April, Brnovich published other documents that demonstrate just how dangerous Biden’s policies are.
The attorney general disclosed documents that showed the number of illegals captured in the last fiscal year, and the crimes they committed, whom DHS would protect:
[wpmfpdf id=”126670″ embed=”1″ target=””]3,371 (Assault)
4,174 (Dangerous Drugs)
85 (Homicide)
46 (Kidnapping)
225 (Sex Offenses)
73 (Sexual Assault), and
503 (Weapon Offenses)
What Would Happen
In January, Breitbart reported that Biden will protect some 90 percent of illegals from deportation.
Yet that policy won’t just free recently convicted rapists and murderers in federal custody. Sex fiends and killers will get a free pass if their crimes are more than 10 years old. The order also suggests that previously deported illegal-alien rapists and murderers apprehended by border agents in the future might well receive a free pass to stay in the country.
In the last two months, border agents have apprehended dozens of sex fiends and murderers.
