Last week, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard released indisputable evidence that President Barack Hussein Obama directed U.S. intelligence agencies to find that Russia had helped elect President Donald Trump in 2016, despite those agencies’ assessment that Russia did no such thing.
Yesterday, at a White House presser, Gabbard unveiled a heretofore classified report from the House Select Intelligence Committee. With other documents, a DNI news release says, it proves “a treasonous conspiracy” by Obama and top intelligence officials to manufacture a false Russia narrative that involved “discrediting” far-left Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
And Clinton, the House report says, needed a check up from the neck up. She suffered severe emotional and psychological problems and raged uncontrollably.
“There is irrefutable evidence detailing how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an Intelligence Community Assessment that they knew was false,” Gabbard said. The effort was, she said, a “years-long coup” against Trump.
The latest revelations follow another. Obama CIA chief John Brennan and others perjured themselves before congressional committees in claiming that the notorious Steele Dossier — a hoax produced by the Clinton campaign — was not used in an Intelligence Community Assessment to support the Russia-collusion allegations.
The latest disclosure also comports with Brennan’s handwritten notes from a meeting with Obama. They showed that the president knew that Clinton’s campaign cooked up the Russian Collusion Hoax.
House Intel Committee Report
The House Intelligence Committee report concluded that Russian President Vladimir “Putin’s principal interests relating to the 2016 election were to undermine faith in the U.S. democratic process, not show any preference of a certain candidate,” Gabbard said at a White House presser:
In fact, this report shows Putin held back from leaking compromising material on Hillary Clinton prior to the election, instead planning to release it after the election to weaken what Moscow viewed as an inevitable Clinton presidency.
“If Russia wanted to help Donald Trump get elected, they would have released this material prior to the election to harm the Clinton campaign,” the DNI summary of the report concluded.
Indeed, it appears that Putin helped Clinton by withholding “possible criminal acts,” the summary explained. Those acts included
Details of secret meetings with multiple named US religious organizations, in which State Department representatives offered — in exchange for supporting Secretary Clinton — “significant increases in financing” from Department funds.
Clinton Was Mentally Ill
Frighteningly, Americans dodged a 50-caliber political bullet in electing Trump.
“As of September 2016, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) had Democratic National Committee (DNC) information that President Obama and party leaders found the state of Secretary Clinton’s health to be ‘extraordinarily alarming’ and felt it could have ‘serious negative impact’ on her election prospects,” the committee report avers:
Her health information was being kept in “strictest secrecy” and even close advisors were not being fully informed.
The SVR possessed DNC communications that Clinton was suffering from “intensified psychoemotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression and cheerfulness.” Clinton was placed on a daily regimen of “heavy tranquilizers” and while afraid of losing, she remained “obsessed with a thirst for power.”
The SVR also had information that Clinton suffered from “Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.”
The claim about Hillary Clinton’s “uncontrolled fits of anger” is no surprise. Her physical and verbal abuse of husband Bill and rages at Secret Service agents during his presidency were legendary.
Even worse, the Russians knew that the Clinton Mafia would concoct the collusion hoax.
“The SVR possessed a campaign email discussing a plan approved by Secretary Clinton to link Putin and Russian hackers to candidate Trump in order to ‘distract the [American] public’ from the Clinton email server scandal,” the report says.
That finding also comports with a CIA revelation to the FBI for its probe into the “collusion” called Crossfire Hurricane:
[The CIA provided] an exchange [REDACTED] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.
That became public in October 2020.
Brennan’s False Narrative
As Obama’s gang of intelligence officials, CIA chief “Brennan and the IC [Intelligence Community] mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious, ‘substandard’ sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed ‘a clear preference’ for Trump,” the summary of the committee report observes:
CIA Director Brennan and the IC misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele Dossier to assess “Russian plans and intentions,” which falsely suggested the dossier had intelligence value.
The IC excluded “significant intelligence” and “ignored or selectively quoted” reliable intelligence that contradicted the ICA’s [Intelligence Community Assessment’s] key findings on Putin’s alleged support for Trump, that if included, would have exposed the ICA’s claim was “implausible — if not ridiculous.”
The ICA omitted reliably sourced information, such as how some Russian intelligence officials were “planning for candidate Clinton’s victory” while others assessed “neither Trump nor Clinton” would respect Russian interests.
The documents that Gabbard released last week disclosed myriad intelligence assessments released before the election in 2016. They showed that Russia “had neither the intent nor capability to impact the outcome of the US election.”
The committee report also confirms that Brennan “overruled senior CIA officers who challenged the ICA’s claims, stating ‘we don’t have direct information that Putin wanted to get Trump elected.’”
That revelation also surfaced in a CIA “Tradecraft Review” released in June.
Despite the intelligence veterans who found zero evidence that Putin helped Trump defeat the unstable Clinton, the committee report explains:
The Obama-directed ICA published on January 6, 2017 explicitly stated: “We assess Putin and the Russian government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him.”
The committee report also shows that
the ICA did not cite any report where Putin directly indicated helping Trump win was the objective.
Finally, the committee report reveals that the Steele Dossier — again, a Clinton campaign hoax — did indeed land in the ICA. And, again, Brennan and others lied about it in congressional testimony.
The conspiracy resulted in a bold prevarication, Gabbard said, helped by their “mouthpieces in the media.”
“They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true,” she said. “It wasn’t.”
