Yet another Deep State bureaucrat has been caught on video telling an undercover reporter that yet another Cabinet secretary will have no control over her department.
This time, the subversive is in the Department of Homeland Security, now under the new management of former South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem after four years of disastrous mismanagement by unindicted visa fraudster Alejandro Mayorkas.

Shattered Dreams
Wright fell victim to yet another ruse by O’Keefe Media Group, which details fetching young ladies to go on dates with the lovelorn, far-left beta males who seek love and romance on dating websites.
Wright, who appears to have consumed one too many soy lattes, explained that he works in the “Homeland Security Information Network,” which is like “Google tools for Homeland Security Law Enforcement,” whatever that cryptic job description means.
He called himself a “product manager” and confessed that his job is “really boring” because he does little but “sit in on some meetings and, like, look at spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks.”
Wright also explained he holds the second-highest pay grade in the federal government, a GS-14. GS-15s are the top employees among career bureaucrats. The pay range for a GS-14 is anywhere from $104,604 to $135,987.00.
“I’m the one who makes all the reports and does all the work for the 15s,” he bragged.
And “if [Vice President Kamala] Harris had defeated Trump on November 5,” he said, “I would have been like stepping on the gas to get promoted.”
But President Donald Trump shattered his dreams of making even more money and doing even less work.
That’s when Trump-hating Wright unloaded on Noem.
Bureaucrats Run the Department
“I f***ing hate her,” he told the reporter, noting that his “favorite thing” about visa fraudster Mayorkas was that “he gave us a sh** ton of bonus vacation. No f***ing way Kristi Noem will do that for us. No way.”
That raises the obvious question of just what Wright did at DHS for a six-figure salary while the far-left Cuban immigrant was at the helm.
Claiming that Trump is inciting “conflict” with his Cabinet picks, Wright said Noem wouldn’t know the department if it “fell on her head.” Noem “doesn’t know s**t.”
That aside, Noem won’t be running the department. Overpaid, underworked bureaucrats like Wright will.
“So the [Cabinet] secretaries can set the priorities for the department but they can’t actually tell us what to do,” Wright falsely claimed.
“The people who are actually in charge are the permanent civil servants,” Wright told the reporter. “We don’t let them get in our way, OK.”
Wright said he feels “really, really bad” for the GS-15s because they have to “deal with the crazy s**t” and “work really hard” to steer the department away from Trump’s and Noem’s priorities.
Sabotage
The subversive also explained that DHS will undermine Noem by feigning agreement with her ideas and sabotaging them with bureaucratic inertia.
“If we … don’t agree with [Noem’s] priorities, there’s a lot of room for interpretation in terms of how we interpret what those priorities are.“
“Do you know what a septic tank is?” he asked:
It starts off with like a bunch of layers of, like, rocks. And there’s like different layers of rocks. So it like catches all the s**t and like filters into rocks and then sand and everything. There’s a lot of layers like that in government and by the time the actual marching orders get to like me and below, we can filter it in a way that steadies the ship.
Wright confessed that the only way to stop the rogue bureaucrats is budget cuts.
Wright said his “transgender” colleagues are “freaking out” because Trump is so “anti-trans.”
For her part, Noem “has not seen the video in its entirety,” DHS told O’Keefe. “This type of behavior will not be tolerated. This person has been placed on leave and is under investigation. The termination of the official is imminent,” said the department.
RFK, Jr. Will Be Undermined, Too
Wright’s imprudent confession that bureaucrats would undermine Noem is the second from a loose-lipped Trump hater with a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
A few days after Trump took office, a White House aide on “pandemic policy” told an OMG reporter that bureaucrats will thwart reforms and initiatives from incoming Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
“RFK Jr. is a very bad pick for HHS,” said Byron Cohen, who is “hoping someone just puts him in a closet,” he said:
“I honestly think … there’s a good chance that the bureaucracy just crushes him.”
And so, it’s not just a matter of, like, ordering people to do things you want to do. Because they have ways that they can slow things down or block you without you realizing it. Like, people joke about the Deep State but, like, to some degree it’s real.… The bureaucracy will do what is in the bureaucracy’s interest.
Like Wright, Cohen said the bureaucrats will simply lie to the Cabinet secretary to make him think his policies are carried out:
One thing you might be able to do to, like, sort of make him think like something is happening when it’s not, is to sort of put together, like, a commission to study something.… “Mr. Secretary, we’re going to put together a commission to study the safety of fluoride in water.” “Mr. Secretary, we’re going to put together a commission to study vaccine safety, and we’ll let you know when the report comes out.” And he’ll be like, “yes, yes, great,” and then years will pass and nothing has happened.
A few days before Trump returned to the White House, OMG released video of a top Pentagon consultant who said much the same thing.
“I’m in conversation with a couple of retired generals to try to explore what we can do” to stop Trump, subversive Jamie Mannina told a reporter.
