Judge Ignores ICE Detainer, Frees Biden “Migrant” Charged With Rape

The Haitian Biden “migrant” charged with raping a girl in Rockland, Massachusetts, has been released on bail.

And worse still, the judge ignored a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to ensure that 26-year-old Cory Alvarez could flee the country if he wished.

Alvarez is at least the second Biden “migrant” rape suspect release in defiance of a detainer. The story about Alvarez is almost impossible to believe except for one thing:

Joe Biden is president, and in Biden’s America, anything is possible.

The Rape

As The New American reported in March, Biden flew Alvarez directly into the country then freed him, pursuant to the illegal parole program Biden created.

Alvarez “came to the U.S. via the Biden admin’s parole program for Haitians, which allowed him to fly into JFK airport in NYC direct from Haiti in June 2023 w/ a 2 year parole grant,” and he had a “sponsor” in New Jersey, Fox News’ Bill Melugin wrote on X.

After being permitted by Biden to enter the country, Alvarez landed at a Comfort Inn in Rockland, one of the many hotels in which Biden is housing “migrants.” That’s where he raped the girl, police allege.

“The alleged assault happened when the 15-year-old visited Alvarez’s room for help fixing her iPad, according to Rockland Patrol Lieutenant Thomas MacDonald,” the Boston Globe reported:

According to a complaint filed in court, the suspect asked the girl “if she had a boyfriend, then pushed her on the bed and raped her.”

The girl said she asked Alvarez “to leave me alone, but he didn’t stop,” according to the complaint. The girl was taken to South Shore Hospital for treatment, officials said.

Released for $500

Cops quickly arrested Alvarez, on March 13, and charged him with rape of a child by force and aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference. He pleaded not guilty.

But Judge Mary Sullivan thought Alvarez belonged back on the street, where he can rape again. Or, perhaps, abscond back to Haiti.

The Patriot Ledger reported that Sullivan put him on home confinement with a GPS monitor, then gave him bail of $500.

“He will be allowed to leave the home for church services, legal and medical appointments and job interviews,” the newspaper reported:

Judge Mary Sullivan, who said the $500 bail is a significant amount from someone with no income, advised him to continue his Bible studies and English language courses remotely if possible.

He is to have no contact with the victim, who has since relocated to an undisclosed address.

Frighteningly, the judge didn’t think Alvarez is dangerous enough to keep behind bars.

“Sullivan said during Tuesday’s hearing that Alvarez’s lack of a criminal record and the low likelihood he would be able to flee helped lead to her decision to deny the state’s request to continue holding him,” the newspaper reported. “She said the state had not met the ‘clear and convincing’ legal threshold required to deny his bail request.”

The judge didn’t think Alvarez was dangerous because video shows the “15-year-old entering Alvarez’s room without visible coercion and leaving 8 minutes later with her clothing, hair and demeanor appearing to be the same as when she went into his room.”

And so, for a mere $500, Alvarez is free.

In order to let him go, Sullivan also ignored an ICE detainer issued on March 27, the newspaper reported.

The rape is yet another illegal-alien crime for which Biden and his Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, are directly responsible. Had the pair not flown Alvarez into the country and released him, he wouldn’t have landed in Massachusetts to rape the girl.

Similar Case

And Alvarez isn’t the only Biden “migrant” arrested for rape and free on a detainer.

On March 28, ICE agents collared an unidentified Brazilian in Lowell, Massachusetts. Border agents arrested him at the southwest border with his parents in July 2021, but of course released them with a notice to appear before an immigration judge.

In August 2021, cops in Billerica, Massachusetts, arrested him for driving without a license and having no inspection sticker on his car, charges that were dismissed.

But “on December 20, Milford Police “issued a warrant for his arrest for the charges of rape of [a] child and enticement of a child under 16,” ICE continued. Cops in Portland, Maine, arrested him in January and held him in the Cumberland County jail until he was extradited back to Worcester County, Massachusetts.

Worcester authorities extradited him to the Milford District Court in January for arraignment.

The Milford court ignored the detainer and released the Brazilian on $5,000 bail.

“Migrant” Crime Wave

Biden “migrants” have been stabbing, raping, and murdering their way across America since they began arriving by the hundreds of thousands per month after Biden opened the borders on his first day in office.

Most recently, as The New American reported today, an Ecuadorian Biden “migrant” was arrested for the murder of a girl in Syracuse, New York. Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis was caught at the southwest border and released. On June 18, police allege, he murdered Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza and buried her body in a park.

She was 21 years old. June 18 was her birthday.
