Immigration and Customs Enforcement has finally arrested the Haitian Biden “migrant” who is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at a “migrant” hotel in Rockland, Massachusetts.

His story is familiar. Arrested August 13, Cory Alvarez had been released on a $500 bond after a judge ignored an ICE detainer.

But perhaps the worst thing about the case is that Alvarez wouldn’t have been anywhere near the girl but for President Joe Biden, who flew him directly into the country pursuant to his illegal “parole” program.

The Rape

As the Boston Globe reported in March, police allege that Alvarez raped the girl, also a Biden “migrant,” when she came to his room to get help with her iPad.

The criminal complaint says Alvarez asked “if she had a boyfriend, then pushed her on the bed and raped her,” the newspaper reported:

The girl said she asked Alvarez “to leave me alone, but he didn’t stop,” according to the complaint. The girl was taken to South Shore Hospital for treatment, officials said.

Police said Alvarez’s girlfriend, who stays with him at the hotel, returned Wednesday night with a friend while police were investigating the attack.

The friend told police “Alvarez was helping [redacted] with his tablet and he later sent [redacted] to get it,” the complaint said. “He showed her how to use [it] and then she left. She also stated [redacted] came up after and said to Alvarez ‘we will just keep this between the two of us.’”

Shortly after the crime, Fox News revealed that Biden flew Alvarez into the country with, again, his illegal parole program.

“Per DHS sources to me & @GriffJenkins, the Haitian man arrested for raping a 15 y/o disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts Wednesday night came to the U.S. via the Biden admin’s parole program for Haitians, which allowed him to fly into JFK airport in NYC direct from Haiti in June 2023 w/ a 2 year parole grant,” the network’s Bill Melugin tweeted.

The illegal parole program, aimed at Haitians, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, and Colombians, aims to import 30,000 of the colonists per month. Last year, as the Center for Immigration reported, Biden flew in 320,000 illegals.

Judge Released Alvarez

Biden’s illegal activities aside, Alvarez pleaded not guilty to rape of a child by force and aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference.

But Judge Mary Sullivan had plans for Alvarez that didn’t include keeping him in jail. She thought Alvarez should have the chance to run home to Haiti.

The Patriot Ledger disclosed that Judge Sullivan, in all her majesty, gave him a whopping $500 bond and ordered him fitted with a GPS monitor.

“He will be allowed to leave the home for church services, legal and medical appointments and job interviews,” the newspaper reported:

Judge Mary Sullivan, who said the $500 bail is a significant amount from someone with no income, advised him to continue his Bible studies and English language courses remotely if possible.

He is to have no contact with the victim, who has since relocated to an undisclosed address.

Amazingly, the newspaper continued, Sullivan “said the state had not met the ‘clear and convincing’ legal threshold required to deny his bail request.”

It’s safe to say that Sullivan is no Judge Roy Bean.

“No injuries were found on the alleged victim,” Alvarez’s attorney told the New York Post. “The video surveillance depicts her going into the room and coming out eight minutes later, her clothing undisturbed and walking by two members of the National Guard without comment.”

ICE Arrest

The attorney said a Bay State court ruling found that the authorities cannot hold someone in custody because of an ICE detainer, which is a request for a local jurisdiction to notify the agency before it releases a deportable illegal.

A detainer permits the agency to take custody of the individual while he’s still held in jail and obviously eliminates the chance of his committing another crime. As well, a detainer spares ICE the need to track down the subject of the detainer.

The judge couldn’t be bothered by all that, and duly ignored the detainer. That forced the agency to waste time and resources arresting the Biden “migrant.”

Agents cuffed him near his residence in Brockton, ICE reported.

Brazilian Rape Suspect

But Alvarez isn’t the only rape suspect and Biden “migrant” recently freed after ICE lodged a detainer.

The following month, agents were forced to track down an unidentified Brazilian after his arrest for charges of rape of child and enticement of a child under 16.

In this case, the culprit who released the suspect was the Milford County District Court. After a judge arraigned the suspect, he released him on $5,000 bail with GPS monitoring requirements.

As with Alvarez, Biden is directly responsible for the Brazilian’s crimes, as The New American reported, citing ICE. “U.S. Border Patrol officials arrested the Brazilian national along with his mother and father July 28, 2021, after they unlawfully entered the United States near San Luis, Arizona,” ICE reported:

Authorities served the Brazilian noncitizen with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice (DOJ) immigration judge. The noncitizen and his family were then released from custody on an order of recognizance.

Shortly thereafter, cops in Billerica nailed him for driving without a license.

Biden “migrants” have also been charged with murder.

In February, cops arrested a 26-year-old Venezuelan thug called Jose Ibarra for the murder of University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. Riley was found dead on a jogging trail.

Another Biden “migrant,” Salvadoran Victor Martinez-Hernandez, is charged for the murder of Rachel Morin in Harford County, Maryland, on August 6, 2023.

Morin was the mother of five children.
