The most outspoken victim of Wall Street financier and deceased sex fiend Jeffrey Epstein has sued Britain’s Prince Andrew and accused him of rape and sexual abuse.

Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s former sex slaves, claims Epstein “loaned” her to Andrew for a good time and seeks unspecified damages.

The English royal, ninth in line for the throne and one of Epstein’s bosom pals, denies Giuffre’s claims.

The Lawsuit

Filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the lawsuit alleges that Andrew sexually assaulted Giuffre when she was younger than 18 between 2000 and 2002.

Detailing Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, the lawsuit alleges that Giuffre was “lent out by Epstein to other powerful men for sexual purposes,” and “one such powerful man to whom Plaintiff was lent out for sexual purposes was the Defendant, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York.”

The lawsuit also fingers jetsetting socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, now in federal lockup and awaiting trial on sex-trafficking and abuse charges. Prosecutors allege she was Epstein’s procurer.

Continues the lawsuit:

[Andrew was] a frequent guest in Epstein’s various homes around the world, including New York City where he sexually abused Plaintiff at Epstein and Maxwell’s invitation when she was a minor.

After publicly feigning ignorance about the scope of Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation and sympathy for Epstein’s victims, Prince Andrew has refused to cooperate with U.S. authorities in their investigation and prosecution of Epstein and his co-conspirators.

Prince Andrew committed sexual assault and battery upon Plaintiff when she was 17 years old. As such, Prince Andrew is responsible for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress pursuant to New York common law. The damage to Plaintiff has been severe and lasting.

Describing Epstein’s crimes and sex-trafficking operation in detail, the lawsuit alleges that “Epstein had at least 12 different contact numbers listed for Prince Andrew” and details how Maxwell lured her into the Epstein’s web of vile debauchery:

Between 2000 and 2002, Epstein sexually abused Plaintiff at numerous locations including his mansion in this District, at 9 East 71st Street, New York, New York 10021.

Epstein also flew Plaintiff on his plane nationally and internationally numerous times when she was under the age of 18. Only portions of the flight logs of Epstein’s private planes have yet been recovered, and Epstein also flew Plaintiff frequently on commercial airlines to meet him and others.…

Plaintiff was also forced to have sex with Defendant, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, at Epstein and Maxwell’s direction.

Citing flight logs, the lawsuit details Prince Andrew’s many flights on the Lolita Express, Epstein’s sex plane.

“On one occasion, Prince Andrew sexually abused Plaintiff in London at Maxwell’s Home,” the lawsuit alleges. “During this encounter, Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew forced Plaintiff, a child, to have sexual intercourse with Prince Andrew against her will.”

The lawsuit alleges that Andrew sexually assaulted Giuffre at Epstein’s mansion in New York, where “Maxwell forced Plaintiff, a child, and another victim to sit on Prince Andrew’s lap as Prince Andrew touched her. During his visit to New York, Prince Andrew forced Plaintiff to engage in sex acts against her will. ”

Epstein, Maxwell, and/or Andrew also forced Giuffre to have sex with the prince at Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Island, Little St. James.

The causes of action are battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. But they allegations as first- and third-degree rape, first- and third-degree sexual abuse, and forcible touching.

No Memory

Giuffre first accused Andrew in 2015 in an affidavit connected to her lawsuit against Maxwell. The prince, now known as Randy Andy, says he doesn’t remember sex with Giuffre despite wracking his brain repeatedly.

Andrew’s mother, Queen Elizabeth, removed him from royal duties after a disastrous interview in 2019.

His buddy Epstein supposedly committed suicide on August 10, 2019, a few weeks after federal agents collared him in connection with the sex-trafficking operation. They caught Maxwell the following year.
