A judge has set bond at $10 million each for the two Venezuelan Biden “migrants” suspected in the murder of Jocelyn Nungaray of Houston, court documents reveal the awful details of the 12-year-old’s last hours, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement has officially confessed to releasing the two illegals after they were caught at the southwest border.

The girl fought back to the last, prosecutors said, and left one of her assailants with proof of the attack: bite marks. The two suspect thugs are Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21.

Those latest details on the case not only show that President Joe Biden has endangered Americans with his policy of open borders, but also that federal immigration authorities have no idea who is entering the country.

They are clueless — like the man in the White House.

New Details

“Little Jocelyn Nungaray fought back against her attackers after she was lured under a Houston bridge and assaulted for two hours — leaving scratch and bite marks on one of the illegal migrants who is accused of killing her, prosecutors revealed Tuesday,” the New York Post reported:

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, still had the marks Jocelyn left on him when he was arrested, Assistant District Attorney Megan Long said in a Harris County court.

Rangel Martinez’s alleged accomplice, Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, told cops he tried to convince Rangel Martinez to stop but he allegedly refused and climbed on top of the girl and strangled her, according to Long.

But Martinez, the Post reported, had an answer for his “migrant” pal. He had to “finish what he started.”

As well, Martinez confessed to tying up the girl and tossing her into a bayou but says he didn’t kill her. KPRC 2 Houston reported that Jocelyn’s “wrists and ankles were bound together when her body was discovered.”

On June 16, prosecutors allege, the two thugs met the girl at a 7-Eleven, then “lured Jocelyn under a bridge, where they stripped her naked to the waist and assaulted her for two hours, disturbing court documents allege,” the Post reported.

But again, as The New American reported last week, but for Biden’s open borders, the girl would be alive.

On Friday, ICE admitted its role in allowing them into the country, as KPRC2 reported of the agency’s confession:

Martinez and Pena both illegally entered the U.S. without inspection, parole or admission by a U.S. immigration officer on an unknown date and at an unknown location. On March 14, Martinez was apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol near El Paso, Texas. That same day he was released on an order of recognizance with a notice to appear. Pena was apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol on May 28 near El Paso. He was also released on an order of recognizance with a notice to appear the same day he was apprehended.

Pena concocted the usual tall tale about fearing return to Venezuela, the Post reported on Monday. So of course, ICE released him with an ankle monitor that he removed two days after the girl’s body was discovered. Again, ICE did so pursuant to Biden’s orders passed to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

The two also tried to get money to flee. Fox 26 in Houston reported that Pena, a construction worker who likely took the job from an American, sought the money from his boss “because of what they did to get out of town,” prosecutor Long said.

No wonder the judge doubled what prosecutors requested as bond for the two thugs. The $10 million each is 10 times what defense attorneys requested, the Post reported.

Catch and Release

Pena and Martinez are at least the third and fourth Biden “migrants” involved in a killing.

In February, police allege, Venezuelan Jose Ibarra murdered nursing student Laken Riley in Georgia. He, too, was caught at the southwest border and released. The Biden administration gave him a work permit after he was arrested — but not prosecuted — for harming a child.

Also released at the border were Ibarra’s two criminal brothers. One is linked to a dangerous gang that is operating in New York and responsible for the beating of two city cops.

In March, police arrested Venezuelan illegal Edrina Bracho in connection with killing Travis Wolfe in Hazelwood, Missouri, a day before Travis’ 12th birthday.

Bracho was driving 75 mph in the wrong lane when she hit the car in which Wolfe was traveling. She is charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and myriad other charges.

“Illegal immigrants come to our country, kill our children, and continue the cycle because Biden refuses to hold them accountable,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey wrote on X:

President @JoeBiden  and Sec. Mayorkas should be ashamed of themselves for prioritizing political agendas over the safety and well-being of American citizens. That’s why I testified in Congress to prove Mayorkas’ dereliction of duty and failure to protect the border.
