by The New American.

  • Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the respective app store.
  • Subscription access remains active as long as your subscription is valid.

By submitting comments, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and moderate that content
within the App.
You remain responsible for your submitted content

8. Limitation of Liability

WTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability
to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
