Alex Jones’ Infowars has been shut down after years of Deep State lawfare targeting the alternative media organization. Infowars’ silencing was accomplished through defamation lawsuits that led to over $1 billion in judgments following Jones’ questioning the events around the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2012. The website was taken offline earlier this morning, and now displays the message, “Site unavailable till further notice.”

Global Tetrahedron LLC — named after a fictional corporation referenced in past satirical articles and who purchased the satire website The Onion from G/O Media in April 2024 — won the bankruptcy auction yesterday to purchase Infowars and Jones’ other websites. Axios reported in April that the people behind the corporation are Twilio CEO Jeff Lawson, former NBC News reporter Ben Collins, former TikTok executive Leila Brillson, and former Tumblr executive Danielle Strle.

Following the bankruptcy auction, a satirical response letter parodying the acquisition was published on The Onion. Written by a fictional “CEO” named “Bryce P. Tetraeder,” the letter reads in part:

Today we celebrate a new addition to the Global Tetrahedron LLC family of brands….

All told, the decision to acquire InfoWars was an easy one for the Global Tetrahedron executive board. Founded in 1999 on the heels of the Satanic “panic” and growing steadily ever since, InfoWars has distinguished itself as an invaluable tool for brainwashing and controlling the masses….

Through it all, InfoWars has shown an unswerving commitment to manufacturing anger and radicalizing the most vulnerable members of society — values that resonate deeply with all of us at Global Tetrahedron. No price would be too high for such a cornucopia of malleable assets and minds….

Make no mistake: This is a coup for our company and a well-deserved victory for multinational elites the world over. What’s next for InfoWars remains a live issue….

All will be revealed in due time. For now, let’s enjoy this win and toast to the continued consolidation of power and capital.

In response to the purchase, Jones posted an update saying he will stay on air until he’s forced out. “I’m going to be here until they come and turn the lights off,” he said in a post on X:

I just got word 15 minutes ago that my lawyers and folks met with the U.S. trustee over our bankruptcy this morning and they said they are shutting us down even without a court order this morning, the Connecticut Democrats with the Onion newspaper bought us,
