Ron Paul (R-Texas) introduced this amendment to H.R. 4546 (Fiscal 2003 Defense Authorization) \"to prohibit funds authorized in the bill from being used to assist, cooperate with, or provide any support to the International Criminal Court.\" The resulting 264 yea votes represent a welcome high-water mark for congressional repudiation of sovereignty-destroying supranational organizations.
