Illegal-alien Murder Suspect’s Brother Entered Country Twice, Has Multiple Arrests; Biden “Paroled” Him, Too

The difference between illegal alien Diego Ibarra and his brother, illegal-alien Jose Ibarra, is that Diego isn’t charged with murder. At least not yet.

But the former is still a dangerous criminal, as are many illegals.

Uncovered as a forger when police questioned him about the murder of nursing student Laken Riley near the University of Georgia in Athens — the murder with which brother Jose is charged — more details about Diego’s border-jumping escapades have emerged.

The Murder and a Brother

As The New American reported yesterday, police collared 26-year-old Jose Ibarra, yet another illegal alien with a tale of woe and a bogus asylum claim, for Riley’s murder. He is charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, malice and felony murder, aggravated battery and assault, hindering a 911 call, and concealing a death.

Riley was found dead on a jogging trail near the university.

Border Patrol agents caught the Venezuelan murder suspect at the southwest border in September 2022. But pursuant to President Joe Biden’s order to parole any illegal alien who might cast a Democrat vote, they let him go. Ibarra traveled to New York, landed in hot water, then went to Georgia to live with Diego.

When cops questioned Diego in the Riley case because they thought he matched the murder suspect’s description, the New York Post reported, they learned that he had forged a green card to get work at the university. It promptly fired him when he couldn’t produce secondary identification.

It turned out that Diego, 29, jumped the border in April, 2023, and like Jose before him, Biden’s border authorities freed him to roam the countryside and terrorize Americans. In Georgia, cops bagged him for drunk driving and driving without a license.

“He was subsequently arrested in the popular college area two more times: Once in October for shoplifting, and once in December for failing to appear for a fingerprintable offense, according to the official document,” the Post reported.

New Report

Now, Ali Bradley of NewsNation has disclosed that the administration’s handling of Diego Ibarra is worse than previously thought.

He’s a two-time border jumper.

He “entered the country twice — Once in eagle pass 4/3/23 — The narrative for that entry is blank, officials believe he left on his own and came back as he was NOT removed,” Bradley wrote on X.

Ibarra, Bradley wrote, entered the country with violent maniac:

The second entry was El Paso in 4/30/23. On this entry there was a violent event where a border patrol agent was assaulted.

He was not prosecuted because he claimed to have epilepsy. He was placed under expedited removal with credible fear — He was turned over to ICE. Records show he was then released on parole.

The gentleman that came in with Diego, José Salas Lozoda also from Venezuela was charged for assaulting the agent and is sitting in big springs federal correctional facility as an aggravated felon-16 months for assault, 6 months for illegal entry.

“Gentleman” is a hopeful way of describing Lozoda, but in any event the latest report shows once again that the Biden administration completely opened the borders and began releasing dangerous criminals.

The two Ibarras have been in trouble with the law since Biden invited them in, and now, a young woman ready to begin her nursing career is dead. One wonders why Biden didn’t parole Lozoda.

“The blood of Laken Riley is on the hands of Joe Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, and the government of Athens-Clarke County,” Georgia GOP Congressman Mike Collins wrote:

The Venezuelan suspect in Laken Riley’s murder is one of millions of illegal aliens that the Biden administration has released into this country to be welcomed with open arms by Democrat-run sanctuary jurisdictions. This man had no business being in America, much less the UGA community to brutally murder this young American while she was on a run.

Yet Another Murder by a Biden Migrant

Another of the people that Biden and the Democrats “care about most,” as they say, is a murder suspect, too.

Peruvian Roberto Emilio Vasquez-Santamaria, 64, hadn’t left border town Eagle Pass, Texas — after agents detained and paroled him — before he murdered someone, police allege.

Bradly reported that story for NewsNation as well:

Vasquez-Santamaria passed through the Eagle Pass sector in May. He was processed and released with a notice to appear virtually at a Florida station in June 2025. The Peru native allegedly provided two different addresses in Tampa and Orlando.

The victim, a U.S. citizen who authorities believe is a smuggler, was found in a home “known to authorities” as a probable stash house, according to NewsNation sources.

Unhappily, then, Biden’s “migrant” invaders aren’t stopping at murdering each other or the smugglers who bring them in.

If the cops in Georgia are right, they’re murdering Americans, and as we know from the famous case in New York, arriving in gangs and attacking police.

In that case, Soros prosecutor Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan district attorney, immediately set them free

The Post revealed that the gang is a major interstate conspiracy. Using mopeds and scooters, gang members were robbing people on the street of iPhones and iPads, then using stored credit-card numbers to purchase things in Venezuela.

The gang operates in New York but spends its money in Florida, then returns to New York to commit crimes, the city police department’s former top intelligence man said.

To date, Biden appears to have done nothing about the gang.
