At long last, it’s official. Hunter Biden’s Laptop from Hell, as it is known, was not “Russian disinformation” as Joe Biden and the leftist Mainstream Media claimed, although the latter has repented of the preposterous falsehood.

It was Hunter Biden’s, and everything on it is authentic.

That word is official because special prosecutor David Weiss, in a filing in the case against Hunter Biden for lying on a federal form when he purchased a handgun, says so. Not that Joe Biden will ever admit that he looked the American people in the eye more than once to claim that the laptop was, again, “Russian disinformation.”

As to felony firearm charges that the Shakiest Gun in the East faces, the filing offers hard evidence that Biden did indeed lie on the form when said he wasn’t a drug addict.

The Filing

The New York Post’s Miranda Devine, who wrote the book about the laptop, posted excerpts from the filing at her X feed.

“In a new court filing today, the DOJ confirms Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud,” she wrote:

Don’t hold your breath for a retraction from Joe Biden (“It’s a Russian plant”), the #Dirty51 or myriad dishonest media operatives. They blamed Russia when the Bidens knew it was Hunter — and so did the FBI.

Hunter also blamed Russia when he was caught using adultery site Ashley Madison.

As to the filing itself, it clearly states that the laptop was Biden’s, and that he left it at a computer repair shop, just as shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac said.

“In August 2019, IRS and FBI investigators obtained a search warrant for tax violations for the defendant’s Apple iCloud account,” the filing says:

In response to [a search] warrant, in September 2019, Apple produced backups of data from various of the defendant’s electronic devices that he had backed up to his iCloud account. Investigators also later came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro, which he had left at a computer store. A search warrant was also obtained for his laptop and the results of the search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained from Apple.

Yet that revelation is less important legally for Biden than the other one; i.e., on October 12, 2018, he lied on the federal form to purchase a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver.

Biden, you might say, shot himself in the foot:

On October 13, 2018, and October 14th, 2018 (the day after and two days after he purchased the firearm), the defendant messaged his girlfriend about meeting a drug dealer and smoking crack. For example, on October 13, 2018, the defendant messaged her and stated, “… I am now off MD Av behind blue rocks stadium waiting for a dealer named Mookie.” The next day, the defendant messaged her and stated, “I was sleeping on a car smoking crack on 4th street and Rodney.

Other messages abounded.

The “episodes of persistent drug usage,” the filing alleges, show that Biden lied on the gun form.

“Persistent” he was. Deadeye Hunter appears to have been sniffing cocaine when he was handling the gun.

“In 2023, FBI investigators pulled sealed evidence from the state police vault to take photographs of the defendant’s firearm,” the filing says. Inside, agents found cocaine on the “brown leather pouch that had held the defendant’s firearm in October 2018.… To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun.”

Laptop Lies

No one, including the Biden Mafia’s leftist media information ministry, thinks Biden is innocent of the gun charges to which he pleaded not guilty.

But the laptop is a different matter.

The media dutifully repeated the brazen lie Joe Biden told during his third debate with President Donald Trump. Biden cited 51 intelligence officials, who also lied about it. Twitter famously suppressed the story, then spread the real disinformation: the lies coming from Biden.

“There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what [Trump is] accusing me of is a Russian plant,” Biden said. “Five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage.”

Except that Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said otherwise days before Biden’s claim on October 22, 2019.

“Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that,” he said of the disinformation claim. “And we have shared no intelligence with Chairman [Adam] Schiff, or any member of Congress, that Hunter Biden’s laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign. It’s simply not true.”

Even without the latest filing, we knew the truth. Hunter Biden sued Rudy Giuliani and his attorney, who gave the laptop’s hard drive to the New York Post.
